บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา 2) พัฒนาครูให้มีความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้บูรณาการตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาในกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ 3) พัฒนานักเรียนให้มีความสามารถในการคิดตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา และมีทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ ครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว จำนวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินความสามารถ และแบบประเมินทักษะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการหาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหา โดยคำนวณค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง และค่า t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. หลักสูตรกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของผู้เรียน โดยคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว ได้กำหนดโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรกิจกรรมลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ มี 5 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ใช้เวลาจำนวน 40 ชั่วโมง รายละเอียดของหน่วยการเรียนรู้ มีดังนี้ หน่วยที่ 1 พืชผักสวนครัว หน่วยที่ 2 ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ หน่วยที่ 3 งานประดิษฐ์ หน่วยที่ 4 อาหาร และหน่วยที่ 5 เครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพ
2. ผลการทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา ของครูโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว พบว่า ผลการทดสอบครูทุกคนมีคะแนนสูงขึ้นทุกคน ผลการประเมินความสามารถการออกแบบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาในภาพรวมและรายตัวชี้วัด อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และผลการประเมินความสามารถการจัดการเรียนรู้บูรณาการสะเต็มศึกษาของครูโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว พบว่า ผลประเมินในภาพรวมและรายตัวชี้วัดอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
3. ผลการประเมินการคิดตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษาของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายตัวชี้วัดอยู่ในระดับดี และผลการประเมินทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านหาดงิ้ว พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี
Abstract
The purpose of this study were 1) to develop a curriculum to reduce learning time and increase learning time according to STEM education, 2) To develop teachers to have the ability to integrate knowledge management in the study of learning in the classroom to reduce the time to learn, 3) To develop students to be able to use the thinking of STEM education and professional skills and life skills by qualitative research. The research population consisted of 110 teachers and students at Banhadngew school. The tools used in this research were questionnaire, evaluation form and skills assessment. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistics used to determine the quality of the tools used in the research were the content validity to calculate the consistency index and t-test.
The research found that:
1. The curriculum following STEM education to develop the skills of the student’s life and career were done by teachers of Banhadngew School. The structure of the curriculum reduces the time to learn, increases the time to know. There are 5 units of learning and takes 40 hours. The details of the unit are as follows; Unit 1: Vegetable garden, Unit 2: flowers for decoration, Unit 3: crafts, Unit 4: food and Unit 5: Healthy Drinks.
2. Results of the cognitive test of learning design following STEM education, teachers of Banhadngew School found that the test scores of all teachers had higher scores. The results of the assessment of the ability to design a lesson plan following STEM education of learning management according to the study in the overall and individual indicators were very good. The results of the evaluation of the integrated learning management of the teachers in Banhadngew School showed that the overall assessment scores and indicators were very good.
3. The results of the evaluation of the thinking of the students by STEM education in Banhadngew school showed that the overall and the indicators were at a good level and the results of the evaluation of occupational skills and life skills of Banhatngew School students were in a good level.
