บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและการพัฒนาของเล่นแบบต่อประกอบพื้นบ้านไทย บนพื้นฐานการประยุกต์ทฤษฏีมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลางการออกแบบ โดยใช้วัสดุพลาสติก Polylactic acid (PlA) จากปริ้นเตอร์สามมิติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะสำคัญทางกายภาพของเล่นแบบต่อประกอบพื้นบ้านไทยที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานของเด็กอายุ 6-9 ปี 2) พัฒนาต้นแบบของเล่นพื้นบ้านไทยแบบต่อประกอบในรูปแบบโมเดล 3 มิติ สำหรับเด็กอายุ 6-9 ปี และ 3) ประเมินคุณภาพด้านการใช้งานของเล่นเด็กแบบต่อประกอบ กลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) เด็กในเขตจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ช่วงอายุ 6-9 ปี จำนวน 40 คน 2) ผู้ปกครองเด็กในเขตจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ช่วงอายุ 6-9 ปี จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตการณ์ 2) การสัมภาษณ์แบบลึก 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) แบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ สำหรับเด็กช่วงวัย 6-9 ปี และ 5) ของเล่นต้นแบบสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการประเมินค่าด้วยตัวเลข

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คุณลักษณะที่สำคัญเหมาะสมในการผลิตของเล่นสำหรับเด็กช่วงอายุ 6-9 ปี ได้แก่ เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางไม่น้อยกว่า 1.75 นิ้ว จะต้องไม่มีส่วนแหลม จะต้องไม่มีขอบคม ความยาวสูงสุด 129.4 เซนติเมตร (หนึ่งวาของเด็ก) เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางไม่ควรเกิน 4 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักไม่มากเกินไป ไม่มีส่วนยางยืดเกิดการรัด ลักษณะข้อต่อควรเป็นแบบหางนกพิราบซึ่งมีความง่ายต่อการต่อประกอบ

2. ผลจากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่าของเล่นที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กช่วงอายุ 6-9 ปี คือ ม้าก้านกล้วย ในส่วนโปรแกรมที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพิมพ์โมเดล 3 มิติ คือ โปรแกรม Solidwork จุดต่อและความยาวที่เหมาะสมสำหรับของเล่นพบว่า จุดเชื่อมลักษณะหางนกพิราบ และชิ้นส่วนย่อยขนาดยาว 5 เซนติเมตร เหมาะสมกับกายภาพในการเล่นและการประกอบความคงทนที่เหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการของเด็ก ช่วงอายุ 6-9 ปี

3. ในส่วนของการประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ พบว่าการประเมินคุณภาพต้นแบบของเล่นแบบต่อประกอบพื้นบ้านไทย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.50 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5

Abstract

The Research and Development of Anthropocentric Design-Based Thai Folk Assemble Toys with Polylactic acid (PLA) from 3D printer The objectives of this research were (1) to study the important physical characteristics of Thai folk assemble toys that are appropriate for 6-9 years old children, (2) to develop 3D model for prototype Thai folk assemble toys 6-9 years old children, and (3) to evaluate the quality of the use of children's assemble toys. The experimental group of this research included (1) 40 6-9 years old children in Maha Sarakham province and 2) 10 parents of 6-9 years old children in Maha Sarakham province. The research instruments were (1) Observation forms, (2) In-depth interviews, (3) Media quality assessment forms for experts, (4) Media quality assessment forms for 6-9 years old children, and 5) Prototype toys. The statistics used in the research were frequency, standard deviation, and numerical statistics.

Research Findings: 

1. The key appropriate characteristics in the production of toys for 6-9 years old children were the diameter of no less than 1.75 inches but no more than 4 cm; the toy must not be pointed, without any sharp edge, the maximum length of 129.4 cm (one child’s Wa); it must not too heavy, without any elastic strap, The joints should be similar to pigeon tail, which would be easy to assemble.

2. From the results of the analysis of documents and interviews on experts, it was found that toys suitable for 6-9 years old children were Banana rib hobbyhorse. The appropriate program for 3D models printing is the Solidwork program. The joint and the appropriate length for the toy was found to be pigeon tail joint and 5 cm long pieces would be good for physical play and consistent with the development of 6-9 years old children.

3. In the aspect of media quality assessment, it was found that overall quality of prototype Thai folk assemble toys was at a good level with a mean score of 4.50 out of 5.
