บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ และ 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะปฏิบัติ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1/1 วิทยาลัยชุมชนพิจิตร หน่วยจัดการศึกษาทับคล้อ (ขุนไผ่ภูมิเขตร) ประเภทพาณิชยกรรม ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 30 คน โดยการใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานค่า t-test (Dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.33/81.11 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่เรียนรู้โดยใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ มีคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ทักษะปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่เรียนรู้โดยใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับแบบฝึกทักษะ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ การพิมพ์สัมผัสภาษาอังกฤษ มีคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop the lesson plans based on Davies’ Performance Instructional Model (DPIM) and the skill-practice exercises in an English touch-typing unit of the first-year vocational certificate students to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) compare the learning achievement of the first-year vocational certificate students before and after the intervention, and 3) compare the performance skills of the first-year vocational certificate students before and after the intervention. The samples in this research were 30 vocational certificate students of class 1/1, obtained through cluster random sampling, from the commerce program in Phichit Community College, Thap Klo (Khunpaiphumket) Education Management Unit in the second semester of the academic year 2020. The research instruments included 1) lesson plans based on DPIM and the skill-practice exercises, 2) an achievement test, and 3) a performance skills test. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for Dependent Samples to test the hypothesis. The results were as follows: 1. The lesson plans using DPIM and the skill-practice exercises in an English touch-typing unit for the first-year vocational certificate students had an efficiency of 82.33/81.11, which met the defined criteria of 80/80. 2. The learning achievement of the first-year vocational certificate students after the intervention was higher than that of before the intervention at the .05 level of significance. 3. The performance skills of the first-year vocational certificate students after the intervention were higher than those of before the intervention at the .05 level of significance.
