บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมศักยภาพการเรียนรู้สมรรถนะสูงในการพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ สำหรับนักศึกษาครู 2) ศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) วิเคราะห์แนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุรินทร์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2563 สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย จำนวน 45 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และแบบสัมภาษณ์การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1. กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น มี 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นปฐมนิเทศ 2) ขั้นทำความเข้าใจ 3) ขั้นสร้างความคิดแนวใหม่ 4) ขั้นนำแนวความคิดไปใช้ในสถานที่จริง และ 5) ขั้นทบทวนความรู้และประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในรายวิชาที่เรียนของนักศึกษา มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 76.34 3. ศักยภาพการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษาโดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. นักศึกษามีสมรรถนะในการพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเอยู่ในระดับมาก 5. แนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ ควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ IEP หรือ IIP การจัดการเรียนการสอนควรฝึกการประเมินความบกพร่องของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษแต่ละคนเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายการเรียน และการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรปรับการดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องกับยุควิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่ ที่จะต้องกระทำพร้อม ๆ กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในบริบทของสังคม

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop the instructional activities to promote high-performance learning competency for developing the fine motor of children with special needs for student teachers, 2) study the results of the implementation of the developed instructional activities, and 3)  analyze the guidelines and recommendations for improving the developed instructional activities. The sample was 45 third year students in the field of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education at Surin Rajabhat University, academic year 2020, selelected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were a learning achievement test, a lifelong learner behavior questionnaire, and an interview form for instructional activities management. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results were as follows: 1. The developed instructional activities consisted of 5 stages: 1) orientation, 2) understanding, 3) creating new ideas, 4) applying concepts in the actual place, and 5) reviewing knowledge and learning assessment. 2. The average score of learning achievement in the students' course learned was equal to 76.34 percent. 3. The overall average students’ competency to be lifelong learners was at a high level. 4. The students' competency in fine motor development of children with special needs was at a high level overall. 5. Guidelines and recommendations for improving the developed instructional activities, for exsample, should provide knowledge about writing an IEP or IIP experience plan, should practice assessing the disability of each child with special needs in order to define learning goals, and the instructional management should be adjusted according to the new era of normal life that must be performed along with the changes in the social context.
