บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลการใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์ที่มีต่อความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษา 2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์เพื่อเสริมความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อการใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์เพื่อเสริมความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา น่าน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวัน และภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ ในภาคการศึกษา 1/2563 จำนวน 375 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ 1) แบบทดสอบความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ก่อนและหลังการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ซึ่งสร้างตามหลักเกณฑ์เทียบเคียง CEFR 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียนบทเรียนออนไลน์ และ 3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Index of Consistency: IOC) ทุกรายการสูงกว่า 0.6 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากัน คือ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 60 ที่กำหนดไว้ พฤติกรรมในการใช้บทเรียนออนไลน์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตจากโทรศัพท์มือถือและไม่มีปัญหาในการเข้าถึงบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยเข้าเรียนทุกบทเรียนตามความสะดวก และความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้แบบเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) results of using online lessons on English knowledge of students, 2) students’ behaviours in using online lessons to enhance the English knowledge, and 3) attitudes of students towards using online lessons to enhance the English knowledge. The purposive samples were 375 graduate students from Rajamangala Universityof Technology Lanna Nan who enrolled in Enlish for everyday commucation and Academic English during the first semester of 2020 academic year. The data collection instruments were 1) English knowledge pre- and post-test based on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), 2) the questionnaire on using online lessons behaviours, and 3) the questionnaire on attitudes of students towards using online lessons. The set of questionnaires was with the IOC index of above 0.6 on all items and the reliability of 0.85. The data were statistically analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results found that after using online lessons, students’ English knowledge met the preset citeria of 60%. The using online lessons behaviours of most students were using mobile internet connection from mobile phone with no problem found in reaching online lessons and study every lesson at their convenience. The overall students' attitudes towards using online lessons were at high level.
