บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้คำถามของครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้คำถาม และ 3) พัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้คำถามของครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์โดยการชี้แนะและเป็นพี่เลี้ยง แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้คำถามและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับของคำถามของครู เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลโดยศึกษาเอกสาร สังเกตการสอน และสัมภาษณ์กรณีศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้คำถาม กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 10 คน อบรมปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 12 ชั่วโมง จากนั้นจึงนิเทศติดตามโดยการชี้แนะและเป็นพี่เลี้ยง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. พฤติกรรมการใช้คำถาม พบว่าครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ใช้คำถามระดับความรู้ความจำเป็นส่วนใหญ่ และลักษณะปลายปิด ครูผู้สอนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประเภทของคำถาม เทคนิควิธีการใช้คำถาม และขาดทักษะในการตั้งคำถาม

2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้คำถามของครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ การออกแบบการเรียนรู้และการเตรียมคำถามล่วงหน้า การใช้คำถามอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เทคนิคการใช้คำถาม การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การใช้ระดับของคำถามที่เหมาะสม การบริหารบุคลากร นักเรียน และการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง/ชุมชน

3. ผลการพัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้คำถามของครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ พบว่า ครูมีความตระหนัก มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถออกแบบการเรียนรู้โดยใช้คำถามในระดับที่สูงขึ้น ครูมีความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาตนเองและการชี้แนะและเป็นพี่เลี้ยงในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to; 1) studying the questioning behavior of science teachers in Prathom Suksa 6; 2) studying the factors affecting the use of the questions and 3) developing the science teachers’ ability to use questions by coaching and mentoring.  The research was divided into 2 phases: phase 1, to study behavior and factors affecting teachers’ level of questions. Data were collected through documentary studied, observed, and interviewing 3 science teachers. Content analysis was used for data analysis, phase 2 to develop the ability of science teachers to use questions. The participants were 10 science teachers of Prathom Suksa 6 under the Office of Chiangrai Primary Education Area Office 2 in the first semester of the academic year 2015, 12-hour training and then superintendents by coaching and mentoring. Data weres analyzed by average, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results revealed as follows:

1. The questioning behavior of science teachers. There were found that they used the most knowledge level’ questions, closed-ended questions, they lack the knowledge about the type of questions, how to used questions techniques, and lack questioning’ skills.

2. Factors affecting the use of questioning are broken down as follows: science teaching experience, teaching design and preparing questions, questioning techniques, getting to know individual students, using the right level of questions, personal management, students, and parent/community involvement.

3. The development of the questionable ability of science teachers found that they were aware of the importance of the questions, have the comprehension and could design the lessons by using higher-level questions, teachers were satisfied in their own development and coaching & mentoring at the highest level.
