บทคัดย่อ

ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial intelligence: AI) เป็นซอฟแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถวิเคราะห์ ประมวลผล และตัดสินใจได้คล้ายคลึงกับมนุษย์ จึงมีการนำ AI มาใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลาย ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อหลายอาชีพทั้งในภาคอุตสาหกรรม ธุรกิจ การบริการ รวมทั้งในระบบการศึกษา นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่ามีการนำหุ่นยนต์เข้ามาร่วมในการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานอีกด้วย จากความก้าวหน้าดังกล่าวก่อให้เกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจ้างงานในอนาคต ที่มีความเป็นไปได้สูงว่ามนุษย์จะถูกแทนที่ด้วยเทคโนโลยี ที่เพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย มีความเแม่นยำในการดำเนินงานสูงกว่ามนุษย์ อีกทั้งยังช่วยผู้ประกอบการลดต้นทุนการจ้างงานอีกด้วย ดังนั้น บุคลากรในหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรต่าง ๆ ต้องมีการวางแผนที่จะรับมือต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่นี้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในภาคการศึกษา เราจะสอนและเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักเรียนในฐานะพลโลกในอนาคตให้ตรงต่อความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานเพื่อป้องกันการแทนที่มนุษย์ด้วย AI ได้อย่างไร หากมองย้อนกลับไปในอดีต การจัดการศึกษาอาจเกิดขึ้นแค่ในสถานศึกษาไม่ว่าจะเป็นวัด โรงเรียน สถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ ครูมีบทบาทสำคัญในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ แต่ปัจจุบันมีเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเกิดขึ้นมากมาย ห้องเรียนในรูปแบบเดิมอาจจะเลือนลางหายไป การเรียนรู้ไม่ได้เกิดแค่ในห้องเรียนเท่านั้นแต่เกิดขึ้นได้ทุกที่โดยไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ วัย สถานที่ และเวลา โดยการก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคดิจิทัลนี้ ทำให้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ต้องเปลี่ยนไปจากเดิมโดยบทบาทของผู้สอนจะเป็นผู้ที่สร้างเนื้อหา แนะนำแหล่งเรียนรู้ ภาระงานหรือการบ้านต้องท้าทายความสามารถ และตอบสนองผู้เรียน ผู้สอนมีหน้าที่เสริมแรงและส่งเสริมผู้เรียนเชิงบวกเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเกิดกำลังใจในการเรียนรู้ ผู้สอนต้องทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับผู้เรียน การจัดการเรียนรู้ควรเน้นนำไปใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพได้จริง ตามความสนใจและความถนัดของผู้เรียน

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is acknowledged to be a smart artificial brain that enables people to analyze or process big data and make the right decisions more quickly that a human. In recent years, AI (together with robotics) is widely used in various sectors e.g., industry, business, services, and is being introduced into education system, resulting in human labor decline, and therefore cut labor costs due to the convenience, usability, and accuracy of technologies advance. Hence, personnel in every organization must create plans in respond to the changes in technologies. Therefore, in the age of AI, particularly in education sectors, the preparation for students as future global citizens must consider the labor market needs to prevent human replacement by AI. In the past, education management could only take place in educational institutions, including temples, schools, and other educational institutions, and teachers play a crucial role in transferring knowledge. But with today's digital technology, conventional classrooms are replaced as learning could happen anywhere, regardless of age, gender, location, and time. The digital age has changed the learning management models, with teachers being the creators of the contents, providing learning resources for tasks or assignments that challenge the students’ abilities or interests. Teachers must facilitate learning process by reinforcing and encouraging in positive ways to support students’ motivation in learning. In addition, teachers must be a part of the learning activities with students. Moreover, learning management should focus on practical skills for future career in accordance with the interests and aptitudes of learners.
