บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืนของจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี 2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการเสนอโครงการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของผู้เข้าอบรมกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 ของคะแนนเต็ม 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 4) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็น ผู้บริหาร และครูวิชาการแกนนำ จากสถานศึกษาสังกัดหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ที่อาสาเข้าร่วมโครงการ Innovation For Thai Education (IFTE) นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาของจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี โดยสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2564 รวมจำนวน 23 โรงเรียน รวมผู้เข้าอบรมทั้งสิ้น 69 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืนของจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี 2) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการเสนอโครงการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบ One-sample t-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) จุดมุ่งหมาย 2) เนื้อหา 3) กระบวนการ 4) การประเมินผล โดยมีโครงสร้างเนื้อหา 7 หน่วยการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ (1) กระบวนทัศน์การพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเพื่อยกระดับการจัดการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน ประกอบด้วย นวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการ การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการนิเทศ (2) กระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา (3) การปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ กำหนดแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา เลือกและพัฒนานวัตกรรม (4) การเสนอผลวิเคราะห์ (5) การเขียนโครงร่างและรายงาน (6) การปฏิบัติการเขียนโครงร่าง และ (7) การนำเสนอโครงร่างการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาต่อที่ประชุม ใช้เวลาฝึกอบรมทั้งหมด 14 ชั่วโมง     

2. ความสามารถในการเสนอโครงการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของผู้เข้าอบรม มีค่าเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 87.08 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ร้อยละ 80 ของคะแนนเต็ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมตามหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.54 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 

4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าอบรมต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมมากขึ้น เนื้อหาความรู้ที่ทันสมัย และเป็นประโยชน์ สามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ได้จริง บรรยากาศการฝึกอบรมสนุกสนาน ไม่น่าเบื่อ

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a training curriculum to enhance educational innovation for improving sustainable education in Singburi province, 2) to compare the participants' ability of project presentation with the set criterion of 80 percent, 3) to examine the participants’ satisfaction toward the training program, and 4) to investigate the participants’ opinions toward the training curriculum. The target group consisted of 69 participants, including administrators and leading academic teachers from 23 schools under various departments, Singburi province who volunteered to participate in the Innovation For Thai Education (IFTE) project, an educational innovation for educational development of Singburi province supported by the Office of Education of Singburi Province for the fiscal year 2021. The research instruments consisted of 1) a training curriculum for enhancing educational innovation to upgrade the sustainable education of Singburi province, 2) an evaluation form for assessing the ability for project presentation, 3) a set of questionnaires examining the participants’ satisfaction toward the training curriculum, and 4) a set of questionnaires examining the participants' opinions toward the training curriculum. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-sample t-test.

The research results were as follows:

1. The developed training curriculum included four components: 1) objectives, 2) contents, 3) processes, and 4) evaluation. The seven training units of content structure consisted of: (1) a paradigm of educational innovation development to upgrade sustainable educational management comprising: administrative innovation, instructional innovation and supervision innovation, (2) an educational innovation development process, (3) an analysis of current situations, problems, and needs, guidelines for solving problems, selection and development of innovation, (4) data analysis presentation, (5) writing a project outline and a project report, (6) writing a draft project, and (7) presenting the draft project on the educational innovation development. The total training time was 14 hours.

2. The participants’ ability of project presentation achieved 87.08 percent, which was higher than the set criterion of 80 percent with the .05 level of significance.

3. The participants’ satisfaction toward the training curriculum was at the highest level with a mean score of 4.54.

4. The participants’ opinions toward the training curriculum revealed that the participants obtained more knowledge and understanding about innovation development. The contents presented were up-to-date, useful and practical. The participants also stated that the atmosphere in the sessions was fun and not boring.
