บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survery Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุและประสบการณ์สอน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 64 คน จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการใช้ตาราง Krejcie และ Morgan ใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 55 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.936 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Analysis of Variance) และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Scheffe ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ 2. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีเพศ อายุและประสบการณ์สอนต่างกัน ต่อการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purposes of this survey research were to study and compare teachers’ opinions toward special education management of Udon Thani Special Education Center, classified by gender, age, and work experience. The population consisted of 64 teachers working at Udon Thani Special Education Center. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table, and the simple random sampling was used thereafter to select 55 teachers as the sample group. The research instrumens was a 40-item questionnaire using a five-point scale with IOC values between 0.67 and 1.00 and the reliability of 0.936. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One Way Analysis of Variance, and a pair testing by Scheffe’s method. The research findings were as follows: 1. Teachers’ opinions toward special education management of Udon Thani Special Education Center as a whole and in each aspect were rated at the highest level with mean scores ranking from high to low: Personnel, Administrative Management, Teaching and Learning Management, and Buildings and Environment. 2. Teachers’ opinions toward special education management of Udon Thani Special Education Center, classified by gender, age, and work experience, as a whole and each aspect showed no significant differences.
