บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู ระดับปริญญาตรี กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่มีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์ทางด้านหลักสูตรและการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านจิตวิทยาการศึกษา และเป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์การสอนในคณะครุศาสตร์ จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานที่เน้นทักษะการเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู ระดับปริญญาตรี ที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย หลักการ แนวคิด ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง วัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะตามรูปแบบ เนื้อหาสาระที่ใช้สอนตามรูปแบบ กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบซึ่งมี 9 ขั้นตอน การวัดและประเมินผลตามรูปแบบ บทบาทผู้สอน และบทบาทผู้เรียน โดยกำหนดผลที่เกิดกับผู้เรียน ได้แก่ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ ผลการประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop the problem-based learning instructional model which focused on study skills to promote problem solving skills and learning management skills for undergraduate student teachers. The target group for this research was 5 qualified persons who have qualifications and experience in curriculum and teaching, measurement and evaluation, educational psychology, and have teaching experience in the Faculty of Education. The data from the literature review and the in-depth interviews revealed that the developed of problem-based learning instructional model which focused on study skills to promote problem solving skills and learning management skills for undergraduate student teachers consist of principles, concepts, and related theories, specific purposes, specific contents according to model, model learning management process with nine steps, measurement and evaluation, and teacher’s roles/students’ roles. The desired outcomes for learners were problem solving and learning management skills. Overall model evaluation by qualified experts  was suitable at the highest level
