บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ดำเนินการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการเชิงปริมาณ โดยการประเมินแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ด้วยแบบประเมินออนไลน์ที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 โดยนำไปใช้กับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอนทั้งหมด ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 112 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน ดำเนินการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง กับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 10 คน ที่ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.62, S.D. = 1.14) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่านักศึกษามีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์สูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ การส่งชิ้นงานหรือการบ้านตามที่อาจารย์สั่งครบตามกำหนดทุกชิ้นงาน ( = 4.23, S.D. = 1.05) มีเป้าหมายในการเรียนเพื่อความก้าวหน้า เช่น การได้เข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น หรือการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ( = 4.10, S.D. = 1.16) และเมื่อเรียนจบปริญญาโทแล้ว มีแผนการในอนาคตว่าจะทำอะไรต่อไป ( = 4.08, S.D. = 1.12) ตามลำดับ 2. แนวทางการส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน พบว่า ควรดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ควรจัดรายวิชาที่มีเนื้อหามากและยากให้กระจายออกจากภาคเรียนเดียวกัน 2) ควรให้คำปรึกษาด้านการเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลโดยเฉพาะ 3) ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีวินัยในการเรียน และดำเนินการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ตามเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างเหมาะสมกับศักยภาพของตนเอง 4) ส่งเสริมให้อาจารย์เน้นการเรียนการสอนแบบเชิงรุกโดยให้นักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และ 5) อาจารย์ในสาขาวิชาควรกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาต้องการประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the achievement motivation of graduate students in Curriculum and Instruction program, and 2) study the guidelines for promoting achievement motivation of graduate students in Curriculum and Instruction program. This research was conducted using a mixed research method consisting of two steps: Step 1, the study of achievement motivation of graduate students using conducted by quantitative method with the online assessment forms, which had the IOC between 0.67 to 1.00 and the reliability of 0.82. The sample was 112 graduate students in Curriculum and Instruction program who were studying in semester 3, academic year 2019. Step 2, the study of guidelines for promoting achievement motivation of graduate students conducted by qualitative method with interviewing about achievement motivation using a semi-structured interview.  The sample was 10 graduate students who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistics used for analyzing data were mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of this research showed that: 1. The achievement motivation of graduate students in Curriculum and Instruction program was a high level in overall ( = 3.62, S.D. = 1.14). When considered on any items found that the top three most motivated students were namely the submission of assignments or homework were punctually ( = 4.23, S.D. = 1.05), oneself have a learning goal for advancement, such as getting into a higher position or working more efficiently ( = 4.10, S.D. = 1.16) and when they were completed their master’s degree, they have plans for the future what would do next ( = 4.08, S.D. = 1.12), respectively. 2. The guidelines for promoting achievement motivation of graduate students in Curriculum and Instruction program were found to proceed as follows: 1) the courses should be spread out the rich content and difficult subjects from the same semester, 2) the  provide individual learning advice for students, 3) the organize activities that encourage learning discipline and conduct thesis work at the specified time appropriate to one’s potential, 4) encourage teachers to focus on proactive instruction by encouraging students to practice regularly, and 5) teachers in Curriculum and Instruction program should encourage students to be successful regularly.
