Developing Research Teachers’ Research Abilities Using Lesson Study, Coaching, Mentoring and Social Network

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาครูนักวิจัยให้มีความสามารถในการทำวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาครูนักวิจัยให้มีความสามารถในการทำวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนของรัฐและของเอกชน และเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการวิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร จำนวน 17 คน ใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Selected Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาคือ 1) วิธีการศึกษาบทเรียน (Lesson Study) การชี้แนะ (Coaching) การเป็นพี่เลี้ยง (Mentoring) และเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ 2) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ครูนักวิจัยมีความสามารถในการทำวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้ง 17 คน จำแนกเป็นความสามารถในระดับดีเยี่ยม 1 คน ระดับดี 12 คน และระดับผ่าน 4 คน บทเรียนที่ครูนักวิจัยทำได้ยากที่สุด คือ การเขียนภูมิหลัง การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัย การนิยามศัพท์เฉพาะ การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยในส่วนของการสร้างและหาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ นอกนั้นเป็นบทเรียนที่ครูนักวิจัยสามารถทำได้ดี

2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาครูนักวิจัยให้มีความสามารถในการทำวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ  การศึกษาบทเรียน (Lesson Study) การชี้แนะ (Coaching) การเป็นพี่เลี้ยง (Mentoring) และเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์

Abstract

This study was conducted with the following purposes: 1) to develop research teachers to possess their research abilities, 2) to investigate and gain guidelines for research. The targets included 17 teachers who taught in both private and government schools. These teachers were also taking their Master’s Degree in Educational Research and Development program of the Faculty of Education from Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. They were obtained through purposive sampling. The instruments employed for the study consisted of (1) studying the study plans, coaching, mentoring and social network, (2) the form to measure the subjects’ research abilities. Data was analyzed by content analysis, and basic statistics.

The study revealed the following results:

1. All 17 research teachers had their abilities to conduct the research. One teacher had the excellent research abilities while 12 teachers had their research abilities at the high level, and 4 teachers possessed their research abilities at the passed level. The most difficult parts for studying the lessons study of conducting the research study were writing the background of the research project, establishing the research framework, defining the terms, literature review, research methodology (constructing the research instruments and evaluating the qualities of the instruments), statistics employed for data analysis. Other parts could be performed well by the research teachers.

2. These guidelines were gained for the development of research teachers to possess their research abilities: action research, the study of the lesson study, coaching, mentoring, and using social network.
