บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest เพื่อการสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียน และเพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบ ในด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest ของนักเรียน พฤติกรรมการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest และความพึงพอใจของครูต่อรูปแบบการสอน การวิจัยนี้ใช้ปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมและโรงเรียนกลางคลองสิบ จังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 6 ขั้นตอน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนกลางคลองสิบ จำนวน 10 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 68 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินรูปแบบ แบบทดสอบวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการสอน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูต่อรูปแบบการสอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest เพื่อสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) การเตรียมองค์กรเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 2) การสร้างค่านิยมและวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม 3) การเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน 4) การประเมินผลที่คาดหวัง และผลการประเมินรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบท ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม
2. ผลการใช้รูปแบบพบว่า นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ เฉลี่ยทุกชั้นปี เท่ากับร้อยละ 80.23 ครูมีพฤติกรรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest เพื่อสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนในระดับมาก และความพึงพอใจของครูต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ออนไลน์สำเร็จรูป Pinterest เพื่อสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก
Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) develop the English language teaching model by Pinterest online publications to create a professional learning community in schools and 2) study the results of using teaching model which are the achievement of learning English by Pinterest online publications, the teachers’ teaching behavior and the Teachers' satisfaction towards the English language teaching model. This research used participatory action and Klang Khlongsib School. Pathum Thani Province as a sample group. There are 6 steps in the research process. The target groups for the study were a administrators and nine teachers of Klang Khlongsib School and 68 students in grade 4-6. The tools of this study were the test of English, the teachers’ teaching behavior form, and the satisfaction questionnaires. The data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research found that:
1. English teaching and learning styles by Pinterest online publications to create a professional learning community in the school consists of 4 components as follows: (1) preparing the organization for learning (2) creating values and shared vision (3) Learning from working together and (4) Evaluation expected. The results are at the highest level in all 4 areas: context, usefulness, possibility, and accuracy.
2. The results of the use of patterns found that Grade 1-4 students have academic achievement scores Average English in every class Equal to 80.23 percent. Teachers’ behavior in teaching English by Pinterest online applications are at high level. And the satisfaction of teachers towards the English language teaching and learning model by Pinterest online publications in order to create a professional learning community in schools at a high level.
