บทคัดย่อ

บทความเรื่อง “การศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 : การเปลี่ยนแปลงของพฤติกรรมผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียนที่เปลี่ยนไป” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเปลี่ยนแปลงของพฤติกรรมผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่มีผลต่อบทบาทของครูผู้สอน โดยพิจารณาจากพัฒนาการทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านสังคม และด้านสติปัญญา จากการสังเกตการสอนผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาไทย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 พบว่า ผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาสะท้อนพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านสังคม ด้านร่างกาย และด้านสติปัญญาตามลำดับ ซึ่งพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์สัมพันธ์โดยตรงต่อพัฒนาการด้านร่างกาย อันเป็นผลจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบต่างๆ ภายในร่างกาย นอกจากนี้พัฒนาการด้านสังคมและด้านสติปัญญาของผู้เรียนมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิม ด้วยปัจจัยด้านความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีที่มีบทบาทอย่างสูงต่อพฤติกรรมทางสังคมและพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน

ครูผู้สอนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาต้องมีกลยุทธ์การจัดการชั้นเรียนและจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นระบบ โดยเริ่มจากการสร้างวินัยในชั้นเรียนที่ชัดเจน แต่สามารถยืดหยุ่นได้ตามสถานการณ์ นอกจากนี้ครูผู้สอนต้องพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นครูยุคใหม่ที่เปิดใจเรียนรู้ไปกับผู้เรียนตลอดเวลา ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวก (Facilitator) ผู้ประสานดำเนินการกลุ่มผู้เรียน (Mediator) และผู้จัดการสภาพแวดล้อมในการเรียน (Manager) ที่ดึงดูดใจ โดยผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นต้องการให้ครูผู้สอนจัดการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนด้วยความเอาใจใส่ใกล้ชิด สามารถให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าให้กับผู้เรียนได้เสมอ ในขณะที่ผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายต้องการครูผู้สอนที่ดูแลใกล้ชิดน้อยลง แต่เป็นผู้บริหารจัดการที่ยอดเยี่ยม มีการวางแผนและจัดระบบที่ดี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่น่าสนใจ แปลกใหม่ และท้าทายความสามารถ โดยครูผู้สอนต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สามารถใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัยและสร้างสรรค์ได้ ตลอดจนมีเทคนิควิธีสอนอันมุ่งส่งเสริมพัฒนาทักษะการคิดที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ให้ผู้เรียนสามารถคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ตกผลึกความคิดอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และบูรณาการองค์ความรู้สู่การลงมือปฏิบัติอย่างชาญฉลาด ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม รวมทั้งดำรงชีวิตอย่างมีความสุขในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ต่อไป

Abstract

Topic Study “21^st Century Education” : Effects from changing behavior in secondary school students’ on instructional management and classroom management. The purpose of this study was to analyze changes in secondary school students’ behavior in the 21st century which affects role of teachers by considering in four aspects of physical, emotional, social and intellectual. The study was conducted by observing the instruction in Mattayom of students 4 in Thai Language Teaching Department, Faculty of Education, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University the year of 2017. The result showed that the students showed the most progress in emotional development followed by social development, physical development and intellectual development. The emotional development was linked directly to physical development due to their physical and hormonal changes. Moreover, social development and intellectual development are changing due to the advance of technology which has significant effects on social behavior and learning behavior.Secondary school teachers have to apply classroom management strategies and learning management systems by building a clear classroom expectation and discipline for students to follow, yet it can be adapted in some exception cases. Furthermore, teachers have to continuously improve themselves to be able to catch up with fast changing world as well as being able to adapt their roles as “Facilitator, Mediator, and Manager” as vice versa depends on circumstances in order to persuade students, particularly secondary school students who as well need close monitor outside the classroom. Teachers have to be able to give them guidance and help solve occurring problems through learning and life. On the other hand, high school students need less attention, yet as a manager, a teacher need to create appealing, interesting and challenging activities to inspire them to learn. Being able to use educational technology is also crucial, teachers should be able to apply creative educational media along with applying teaching techniques that promote students’ effective thinking skills, develop concrete thoughts and integrate knowledge into action wisely in order to be enthusiastic learners, students and live happily in 21^st century.
