บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถทางเมตาคอกนิชันของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียน ด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 จำนวน 34 คน โรงเรียนดอนตาลวิทยา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบ One Group Pretest-Posttest Design สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทย มีประสิทธิภาพ 75.21/85.95 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 75/75

2. ความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความสามารถทางเมตาคอกนิชันของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เมตาคอกนิชัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านจับใจความภาษาไทยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop an instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5 Students, 2) to compare the students reading comprehension abilities gained before and after they had learn through the developed instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5 Students, 3) to compare the students’ metacognition competence possessed before and after they had learnt through the developed instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5 students. The subjects were 34 Mathayom Suksa 5/2 students who enrolled in the first semester of 2011 academic year at Dontan Wittaya School. They were obtained by cluster random sampling. One Group Pretest Posttest Design was adopted for the study. The statistic used to test the hypotheses was t-test (Dependent Samples).

The study revealed the following results:

1. The instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5 students had its efficiency of 75.21/85.95 which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75. 

2. After the students had learnt through the instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5, their Thai reading comprehension ability was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

3. After the students had learnt through the instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability for Mathayom Suksa 5, their metacognition competence was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

4. The student’s satisfaction of the instructional activities by using metacognition strategies to enhance Thai reading comprehension ability was at very high level.
