บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถม ศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านแก้วปัดโป่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโดตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 3) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด 4) ศึกษาทักษะปฏิบัติของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่องส้มปลาโด 5) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะในการทำงาน ของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด 6) ศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีการดำเนินการ 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาและสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) ขั้นพัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด 3) ขั้นนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ 4) ขั้นประเมินผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านแก้วปัดโป่ง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 20 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโดสำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านแก้วปัดโป่ง สำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ คือ หลักการและเหตุผล จุดหมาย โครงสร้างหลักสูตร ขอบข่ายสาระ มาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวัง สาระการเรียนรู้ คำอธิบายรายวิชา หน่วยการเรียนรู้ แนวการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้

2. หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโดสำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.90 /83.17 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด คือ 80/80

3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ  87.98 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ ระดับดีขึ้นไป

5. คุณลักษณะในการทำงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโดมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 87.00 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ ระดับดีขึ้นไป

6. เจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง ส้มปลาโด มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.72 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ ระดับดีขึ้นไป

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish) for Prathom Suksa 6 of Ban Kaewpadpong School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2, 2) to investigate the efficiency of the integrate curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish) based on the set criteria of 80/80, 3) to gauge the achievement of the students who learnt through the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish), 4) to examine the students’ operational skills in working on the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, 5) to explore the students’ qualities of working in their learning through the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, 6) to study the students’ attitude towards their learning through the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do.

This research project was divided into 4 stages: 1) studying and surveying the basic information, 2) developing the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, 3) installing the integrated curriculum, 4) evaluating and revising the curriculum. The subjects were 20 Prathom Suksa 6 students who enrolled to study at Ban kaewpadpong School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Area 2 in 2010 academic year.

The study revealed the following results:

1. The integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish) for Prathom Suksa 6 of Ban Kaewpadpong School under the Office of Nakhon Planom Primary Educational Area 2 was composed of these major components : rationale, objectives, structure of the curriculum, scope of the substances, learning standards, expected learning outcomes, learning substance group, course description, learning units, guidelines for learning management, learning media/equipment, measurement and assessment.

2. The integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish) for Prathom Suksa 6 had its efficiency of 82.90/83.17 which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

3. After the students had learnt through the integrate curriculum on Som Pla Do (Sour Minced Great Sneakhead Fish) for Prathom Suksa 6, their achievement was higher than that of before at .05 level of significance.

4. The students’ operational skills in working on the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, on the average, was at 87.98 which was at the very high level-higher than set minimum scale of high.

5. The students’ quality traits of working on their learning through the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, on the average were at 87.00 percent equaling the very high degree. These quality traits were higher than the established quality traits of high.

6. The students’ attitude towards their learning through the integrated curriculum on Som Pla Do, on the average, we at 4.72 which was at the very high level. This level of their attitude was higher than the set scale of high.
