บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลองรายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถด้านการจัดการของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนร่มเกล้า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนที่เลือกเรียนรายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพที่มีเพียงกลุ่มเดียว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงการ รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบวัดความสามารถในการจัดการ และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) แบบ Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.11/84.50 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความสามารถด้านการจัดการของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 อยู่ในระดับมาก

4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงการในรูปแบบบริษัทจำลอง รายวิชาโครงงานอาชีพ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

Development of an Instructional Activity Using Project Based Learning Based on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career project for Mathayom Suksa 5 aims: 1) to develop learning activities on the mini company model on the subject of career project for Mathayom Suksa 5 the efficiency criteria of 80/80 2) to compare the students’ achievement gained before and after they had learn through the An Instructional Activity Using Project Based Learning Base on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career Project 3) to study the management of student with learning activities on the mini company model on the subject of career project and 4) to examine the students’ satisfaction on the learning activities on the mini company model on the subject of career project learning The samples consisted of 30 students in Mathayom Suksa 5 of Romkloa School Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 23 were selected by purposive sampling is a student group Project selected professional courses with only one group. The instrument used included 1) The learning plans constructed by Project learning on the subject of career project for Mathayom Suksa 5 2) An achievement Test 3) An ability to manage test 4) The questionnaire to measure the students’ satisfaction. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The study revealed the results :

1. The learning Plans constructed by using Project Based Learning Based on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career Project contained the efficiency of 81.11/84.50 which was higher than the set criteria.

2. After the students had learn through the instructional activities created by using Project Based Learning Based on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career Project their achievement was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

3. The students who had learn through the Development of an Instructional Activity Using Project Based Learning Based on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career project had their ability to manage at the high level.

4. The students who had learn through the Development of an Instructional Activity Using Project Based Learning Based on The Mini Company Model on The Subject of Career project had their satisfaction of these instructional activities included in the plans at the high level.
