บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร 2) หาแนวทางพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร 3) เศึกษาผลการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research : PAR) ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ แต่ละวงรอบ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการการสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 4 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต และแบบนิเทศติดตาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละความก้าวหน้า การตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) จัดหมวดหมู่ของเนื้อหาและนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและป$ญหาของการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร พบว่า

1.1 ด้านสภาพของการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กไม่เคยทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพื่อแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียน ยังไม่มีความมั่นใจในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ขาดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน

1.2 ด้านปัญหาของปัญหาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก พบว่าครูผู้ดูแลเด็กไม่เคยได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนขาดการนิเทศติดตาม และขาดความมั่นใจในการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน

2. แนวทางพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ในวงรอบที่ 1 ใช้แนวทางการพัฒนา 2 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และ 2) การนิเทศติดตาม และวงรอบที่ 2 ใช้แนวทางการพัฒนา 1 แนวทาง คือ ใช้การนิเทศติดตาม

3. ผลการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบ้านแก้ง อำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร พบว่า

3.1 ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ พบว่า ก่อนการพัฒนาผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในระดับค่อนข้างดี โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 16.25 จากคะแนนเต็ม 30 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.17 หลังจากได้รับการพัฒนากลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 22.25 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.17 มีผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นเท่ากับ 6.00 มีค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้า 43.64

3.2 ด้านการเขียนเค้าโครงการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับดี แต่มีแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย 2 รายอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ซึ่งยังไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจของผู้นิเทศ จึงนำไปพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมในวงรอบที่ 2 พบว่า ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีความสามารถในการเขียนเค้าโครงการวิจัย ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี

3.3 ด้านการเขียนรายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พบว่า ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กมีความมั่นใจในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสามารถจัดทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลการประเมินรายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโดยรวมมีคะแนนร้อยละ 61.00 อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี แต่รายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 2 เรื่องอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ซึ่งยังไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจของผู้นิเทศ จึงนำไปพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมในวงรอบที่ 2 พบว่า ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีความสามารถในการเขียนรายงานการวิจัยโดยรวมมีคะแนนร้อยละ 70.00 อยู่ในระดับดี รายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 3 เรื่อง อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี รายงานการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน จำนวน 1 เรื่อง อยู่ในระดับดีมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the current states and problems on conducting classroom researches at Ban Kaeng Child Care Center under Ban Kaeng Subdistrict Municipality, 2) to find out guidelines for developing the child caregivers on conducting classroom researches, and 3) to follow up and evaluate the development of the child caregivers on conducting classroom researches. This research employed two spirals of a four-stage action research comprising planning, action, observation and reflection. The target group consisted of the researcher, 4 co-researchers and 4 respondents. The instruments used were a form of interview, tests, a form of assessment, a form of observation, and a form of monitoring supervision. The statistics applied for analyzing quantitative data were mean, percentage, standard deviation and percentage of progress. Content Analysis in forms of content classification and descriptive presentation was employed for qualitative data.

The findings of the study were as following :

1. The current states and problems of the under Ban Kaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Don Tan, Mukdahan showed that:

1.1 In case of the current states regarding the child caregivers on conducting classroom researches, some child caregivers never conducted classroom researches to solve the children’s problems. They faced a lack of confidence in conduting classroom researches. They also lacked knowledge and understanding concerning classroom researches.

1.2 In terms of problems on conduting classroom researches of the child caregivers, it was found that most of the child caregivers never attended a training session on the classroom researches, understanding, monitoring supervision and confidence regarding the conduction of classroom researches.

2. The guidelines to develop the child caregivers on conduting classroom researches at the Child Care Center under Ban Kaeng Subdistrict Municipality in Don Tan, Mukdahan, in the first spiral, applied 2 means comprising : 1) a workshop, and 2) monitoring supervision. In the second spiral, monitoring supervision was employed. 

3. The effects of developing the child caregivers on conducting classroom researches at Ban KaengChild Care Center revealed that:

3.1 In case of knowledge and understanding, all of the co-researchers obtained quite high knowledge and understanding on conduting classroom researches with the average score of 16.25 out of 30 or 54.17 percent. After the conduction of the research, the co-researchers gained higher knowledge and understanding of 22.25 out of 30 or 74.17 percent. The average score was up to 6.00 and percentage of progress was 43.64.

3.2 In terms of the writing of proposal, it was conluded that it was at the high level as whole. However, the researches of 2 co-researchers were regarded as satisfactory leading to the dissatisfaction of other co-researchers. This was conducted to be improved in the second spiral. The conclusion revealed that those 2 co-researchers could write lesson plans with a better quality at the high level.

3.3 In terms of writing reports on conducting classroom researches, it was determined that the child caregivers gained more self-confidence and could apply the classroom researches with efficiency. The evaluation effects of conducting classroom researches were, as a whole, 61.00 or at the high level. The reports of the 2 co-researchers were satisfactory. The supervisors were dissatisfied with the results. The further development in the second spiral indicated that the co-researchers could write the research reports at 70.00 percent or at the high level. The effects of 3 reports were at the high level whereas 1 of them was at the highest level.
