บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 และ 2) ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสาร แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) สำรวจความต้องการของครูระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 3)นำข้อมูลมาสังเคราะห์หาประเด็นในการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ผลที่ได้รับมีดังนี้ ข้อมูลพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร และองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 5 องค์ประกอบ ระยะที่ 2 การสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มี 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียน สำหรับครู 2) จัดทำเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 3) ตรวจสอบร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) ปรับปรุงร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 5) จัดทำคู่มือการใช้ ผลที่ได้รับมีดังนี้ ร่างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และจัดทำคู่มือการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ระยะที่ 3 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพและการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมตามคำแนะนำของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ใช้วิธีการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน มุ่งเน้นการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้องของส่วนประกอบของหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดประสงค์ของหลักสูตร 3) โครงสร้างเนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย (1) สัทศาสตร์เพื่อการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ (Linguistics for English teaching) (2) การแนะนำตนเองและแนะนำผู้อื่น (Introducing oneself and introducing others) (3) ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อโต้ตอบและสนทนา (English for general conversations) (4) การขอความช่วยเหลือและการถามทิศทาง (English asking for help and direction) (5) สนทนาเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย (Conversation about Thailand) 4) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม 5) การวัดผลและประเมินผล

2. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในยุคประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับครู ทั้ง 5 หัวข้อ มีความสอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC = 0.80 – 1.00) และมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก( = 4.30) ซึ่งมากกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 3.51 จึงถือว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้ได้

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) develop a training curriculum on communicative English for the ASEAN Community for teachers under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) assess the appropriateness of the developed curriculum. The study was divided into 3 phases. The first phase was the study and data analysis for training curriculum development, which was done in 3 steps namely 1) the study of relevant documents, concepts, theories and researches; 2) a survey of Primary 3 teachers’ needs and 3) data synthesis for the purpose of determining the essence in training curriculum building. The second phase was training curriculum building which was completed in 5 steps: 1) the drafting of a training curriculum on communicative English for the ASEAN Community for teachers; 2) the building of data collection tool; 3) the verification of draft training curriculum by experts; 4) draft training curriculum improvement and 5) training curriculum manual development.

The assessment of the developed training curriculum’s appropriateness by 5 experts and the training curriculum improvement was conducted in the third phase, focusing on the appropriateness and objective congruence of the curriculum contents. Statistics used in this study were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The study yielded the following results:

1. The developed training curriculum on communicative English for the ASEAN Community for teachers under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 comprised 5 main components, namely 1) principles and rationale; 2) curriculum objective; 3) content structure, which consisted of the following topics: (1) phonetics for English teaching (2) self-introduction and introducing others (3) English for general conversation (3) asking for help and directions (5) conversation about Thailand; 4) activities and 5) measurement and evaluation.

2. The 5 content topics of the developed training curriculum on communicative English for the ASEAN Community for teachers under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were in accordance with the objectives (IOC = 0.80 – 1.00). The appropriateness thereof was also at the high level ( = 4.30), which was higher than the pre-set criteria of 3.51. All in all, it could be concluded that the developed training curriculum was suitable for implementation.
