บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 การดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) การนำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ และ 4) การแก้ไขและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1 จำนวน 40 คน ของโรงเรียนอุเทนพัฒนา สำนักงาน
เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling)

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียน 4) แบบวัดความตระหนักในความเป็นพลเมืองของประชาคมอาเซียน และ 5) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) แบบ Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. หลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน จำนวน 1 หน่วยกิต 40 ชั่วโมงองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย 3) สาระการเรียนรู้ 4) ผลการเรียนรู้ 5) คำอธิบายรายวิชา 6) โครงสร้างรายวิชา 7) หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 7 หน่วย ได้แก่ Spirit of ASEAN, ASEAN community, Amazing ASEAN, ASEAN come and join us, ASEAN education, ASEAN cooperation
and ASEAN fairs 8) แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ 9) สื่อการสอนและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และ 10) การวัดและประเมินผล

2. หลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน มีประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรเท่ากับ 82.65/80.94 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร 75/75 ที่กำหนดไว้

3. นักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. นักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน มีความตระหนักในความเป็นพลเมืองของประชาคมอาเซียน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. นักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน มีเจตคติต่อการเรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้อาเซียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop and to investigate the results of the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN for Mathayom suksa 4 students. The process of curriculum development consisted of 1) studying the basic education curriculum 2) the curriculum development 3) the curriculum try out and 4) the curriculum improvement. The samples were 40
Mathayom suksa 4/1 students who enrolled in the first semester of the 2012 academic year at U-thenpattana School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22. The samples were selected by cluster random sampling.

The instruments used were : 1) the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN 2) learning plans 3) the learning achievement tests 4) the ASEAN awareness test and 5) the students’ attitudes toward learning. The statistics employed to analyze the data comprised mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings were as follows :

1. The School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN has 1 credit and 40 hours includes : 1) principles and objectives 2) goals 3) learning substances 4) learning outcomes 5) course description 6) learning time structure 7) learning units comprised Spirit of ASEAN, ASEAN community, Amazing ASEAN, ASEAN come and join us, ASEAN education, ASEAN cooperation and ASEAN fairs 8) learning management 9) learning media and resources and 10) assessment and evaluation.

2. The efficiency of the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN was 82.65/80.94 which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75.

3. After the students had learnt through the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN, they had gained higher learning achievement than that of before at the .01 level of significance.

4. After the students had learnt through the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN, they had gained higher ASEAN awareness than that of before at the .01 level of significance.

5. The students who had learnt through the School Curriculum on English for learning about ASEAN had their attitudes towards their learning at the highest level.
