บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทและสภาพปัญหาของสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร 2) พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร โดยใช้กิจกรรม 5ส และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการต่อการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร โดยใช้กิจกรรม 5ส กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ บุคลากรในสำนักงาน จำนวน 6 คน และผู้มารับบริการจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสำรวจสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงาน แบบประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงาน แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ และคู่มือการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร โดยใช้กิจกรรม 5ส สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ประกอบด้วย พื้นที่การทำงานหลัก และพื้นที่สนับสนุน มีขนาดไม่เหมาะสมกับห้องสำนักงาน เพราะยังคับแคบและสิ่งของวางเกะกะ ไม่เป็นสัดส่วน ไม่สะดวกต่อการปฏิบัติงาน บางจุดมีอาหารและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ใช้แล้ว ดูแล้วไม่สะอาด ไม่เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ไม่สวยงาม ไม่สามารถหยิบใช้ได้สะดวก และไม่ปลอดภัย

2. สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร หลังการพัฒนาโดยใช้กิจกรรม 5ส พบว่า สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ทั้งพื้นที่การทำงานหลัก และพื้นที่สนับสนุน ด้าน ส. สะสาง ส. สะดวก และ ส. สะอาด อยู่ในระดับการปฏิบัติทุกครั้งอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนด้าน ส. สุขลักษณะ สามารถปฏิบัติตามสุขลักษณะอยู่ในระดับมาก และ ส. สร้างนิสัย สามารถปฏิบัติให้เป็นนิสัยอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการที่มีต่อการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพในสำนักงานสาขาวิชาวิจัยหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร โดยใช้กิจกรรม 5ส อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.69, S.D. = 0.29)

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) investigate the context and problem state of physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, 2) develop the physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University using 5S activities, and 3) examine clients’ satisfaction with the physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon “Rajabhat University using 5S activities. The target group consisted of 6 persons and 30 clients. The instruments used comprised a survey of physical environment in the office, a form for assessment of physical environment in the office, a form for assessment of clients’ satisfaction, and a manual of developing physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University using 5S activities. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage and standard deviation.

Results of the study were found as follows:

1. The physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University consisted of the main work space and the support space, whose sizes were not appropriate for the office because of the narrowness and supplies roughly disproportionately resulting in being not easy to work. Some spots had food and supplied that were not used, which did not look clean, nor tidy, nor beautiful, nor convenient to pick up, nor safe to use.

2. The physical environment in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University after the development using 5S activities was found that both of the main work space and the support space in the aspects of ‘Sort’, ‘Set in Order’, and ‘Shine’ were on a constant level of practice. As for the aspect of ‘Standardize’, it could be practiced to keep the standard at high level and the aspect of ‘Sustain’ or in other words ‘being practiced until it became a habit’ was at high level too.

3. The clients’ satisfaction with the physical environment development in the Office of Curriculum and Instruction Research Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University using 5S activities was at the highest level ( = 4.69, S.D. = 0.29).
