บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูรณ์โพนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียน 3) สร้างยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียน และ 4) ศึกษาผลการใช้ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูรณ์โพนสะหวัน จำนวน 57 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.77 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. บทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียน โรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูรณ์โพนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านกิจกรรมให้ความรู้ของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 2) ด้านกิจกรรมของสถานศึกษา 3) ด้านการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์แก่นักเรียน และ 4) ด้านการสนับสนุนการศึกษา

2. สภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมสมบูรณ์โพนสะหวัน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ประกอบด้วย ผู้ปกครองไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ผู้ปกครองไม่มีเวลาให้กับนักเรียน ผู้ปกครองไม่ได้เข้าร่วมอบรมการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักเรียน

3. ผลการใช้ยุทธศาสตร์การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการพัฒนานักเรียน ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองภายหลังการประชุมผู้ปกครอง พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ การสนับสนุนการศึกษา และการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ที่โรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก สำหรับบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์แก่นักเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี และความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนานักเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate the parents’ participation role in developing students of Phonsavan Secondary School, Savannakhet province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, 2) to examine a state and problem of the parents’ participation role in developing students, 3) to create a strategy for developing the parents’ participation in developing students, and 4) to find out the results of implementing the strategy to develop parents’ participation in development of students. The sample used in this study was a total of 57 comprising the school director, teachers, and parents of students at Phonsavan Secondary School. The instrument used to collect data was a rating scale questionnaire.  Statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The findings revealed as follows :

1. The results of study concerning the parents’ participation role in developing students of Phonsavan Secondary School, Savannakhet province, LPDR, showed that the parents played a role in developing students in several aspects like: 12) activity of giving knowledge by student’s parents, 2) activity of the school, 3) enhancing student’s experience, and 4) supporting education.

2. The problem state regarding the participation role of parents of students in Phonsavan Secondary School, Savannakhet province, LPDR, was that the parents did not participate in some respects like: participation in development an instructional Curriculum and joining with teachers in training the preparations of student’s parents. The reason they were absent is because they did not have enough time to spend to the school of their children.

3. The result of using the strategy to promote parents’ participation in developing Students, was found that parents’ knowledge and understanding about their role in involvement in activities of supporting education and enhancing experience was at the highest level. As for the actual role of enhancing experience for students, it was found at the high level. Parents’ satisfaction of participation in developing students both as a whole and each was aspect was at the highest level.
