บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) หาประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์  กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางวิทยาศาสตร์ หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้าง และหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียน ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก 4) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนการสอนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 25 คน โรงเรียนบ้านแร่ อำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบ One Group Pretest-Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 8 แผน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.83 4) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t–test Dependent Samples)

ผลของการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 82.65/81.70 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80

2. ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางวิทยาศาสตร์ หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.77

3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนการสอนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก หน่วยการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของเซลล์ คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.19 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก

นอกจากนี้การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการด้านกระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์ กระบวนการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเอง การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมและการทำงานกลุ่มร่วมกัน ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เจตคติที่ดีทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ความกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น ความตั้งใจในการทำงานและการนำเสนอผลงาน

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) find the efficiency of the learning plans using problem-based methodology on the unit of structure and function of cells in the science substance for Mathayom Suksa 1 students to reach the efficiency of 80/80, 2) compare the students’ skills in solving scientific problems before and after learning the unit of structure and function of cells using problem-based methodology, 3) to compare the students’ learning, achievement before and after learning the unit of structure and function of cells and 4) to study the students’ satisfaction in learning the unit of structure and function of cells. The subjects selected by cluster sampling random, were 25 students of Mathayom Suksa 1/1 in the first semester of 2013 academic year at Ban Rae School. This study used the one group pre test–post test design. The experimental instruments consisted of : 1) eight lesson plans of learning development using problem-based methodology in the unit of structure and function of cells in the science substance for Mathayom Suksa 1/1 students, 2) the competency test in solving science problems on reliability of 0.87, 3) the scientific achievement test on reliability of 0.83, and 4) the measurement of satisfaction on learning development using problem-based methodology. The data obtained were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The results were as follows:

1. The efficiency of the of learning plan developed by using the problem-based methodology in the unit of structure and function of cells in the science substance for Mathayom Suksa 1/1 students was 82.65/81.70 which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. The students’ skills in solving scientific problems before and after Learning through the unit of structure and function of cells were at the percentage of 79.77.

3. The students’ learning achievement before and after learning the through unit of structure and function of cells in the science substance were higher than those of their pretest at the .01 level of significance.

4. The students’ satisfaction in learning the unit of structure and function of cells was at the average of 4.19, the good level.

Moreover, it was found by qualitative analysis that the students’ development were: critical thinking process, self-study process, social interaction, group working, skills of science process, good attitude towards science, brave to express opinions, attention for working and presenting.
