บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่กำลังเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 โรงเรียนบ้านดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 จำนวน 12 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเป็นกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัย One Group Pretest Posttest Design

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 5 เรื่อง 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ประกอบหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ซึ่งเป็นแบบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 1 ฉบับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ 4) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test แบบ Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 83.50/85.56 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หลังเรียนด้วยหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยหนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง โรคติดต่อ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6 to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) compare the learning achievement of Prathom Suksa 6 before and after learning the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of health and physical education and 3) examine the students’ satisfaction of learning through supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6.

The samples, obtained through ciuster random sampling thechniqua, consisted of 12 Prathom Suksa 6 students of Bandong School, under the Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational service area office 2, in the second semester of academic year 2013. The research design was one-group pretest-posttest. The instruments of this research included 1) the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6 (5 stories), 2) lesson plans of the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6, 3) a learning achievement test (30 items) of health and physical education for Prathom Suksa 6 with 4 multiple choice option and 4) a test of the students’ satisfaction of learning through the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6. The data were analyzed by means, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education for Prathom Suksa 6 had the efficiency of 83.50/85.56 which were higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. The posttest average score of the students after learning through the supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education was higher than the pretest score at the .01 level of significance.

3. The students’ satisfaction of learning through supplementary reading books on Communicable Diseases of Health and Physical Education was at the highest level.
