บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม กล่องอเนกประสงค์จากไม้ไผ่ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนชุมชนประสานมิตร 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ก่อนและหลังได้เรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร 4) ศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เกิดจากการใช้หลักสูตร 5) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนชุมชนประสานมิตร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 24 คน

การพัฒนาหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร 4) ประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการทดสอบค่า t–test แบบ Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม กล่องอเนกประสงค์จากไม้ไผ่ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนชุมชนประสานมิตร เป็นหลักสูตรในรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 0.5 หน่วยกิต เวลาเรียน 20 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้โดยการฝึกปฏิบัติและการสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงาน องค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย 3) สาระการเรียนรู้ 4) ผลการเรียนรู้ 5) คำอธิบายรายวิชา 6) โครงสร้างของหลักสูตร 7) หน่วยการเรียนรู้ 8) แนวการจัดการเรียนรู้ 9) สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และ 10) การวัดและประเมินผล และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและ ประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดสามารถนำไปใช้ได้

2. หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 87.34/88.52 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80

3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนตามหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียน ที่ได้เรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 90.08 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดคือร้อยละ 80

5. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ที่มีต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา รายวิชาเพิ่มเติม กล่องอเนกประสงค์จากไม้ไผ่ ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The purpose of this were: 1) develop the school curriculum of an additional subject entitled “Multi-purpose Bamboo Box” in Vocational Careers and Technology: Prathom Suksa 6, Prasarnmitra Community School, 2) investigate the efficiency of the curriculum based on the criteria of 80/80, 3) compare the students’ achievements gained before and after learning through the curriculum, 4) examine the students’ operational skill occurred from studying through the curriculum, 5) explore the students’ satisfaction of learning through the curriculum. The subjects were 24 Prathom Suksa 6 students who were studying in 2013 academic year at Prasarnmitra Community School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2.

The steps in developing the curriculum were 1) studying basic information, 2) developing the curriculum, 3) trying out the curriculum, 4) evaluating and improving the curriculum. The instruments used in this research included an achievement test, a form to measure the students’ operational skill, and a questionnaire to survey the students’ satisfaction. The statistics used for analyzing the data consisted of mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The study revealed the following results:

1. The school curriculum of an additional subject entitled “Multi-purpose Bamboo Box” in Vocational Careers and Technology: Prathom Suksa 6, Prasarnmitra Community School yielded 0.5 credit taking 20 studying hours. It was focused on practicing and creating the piece of work. The components of the curriculum were 1) principles and rationale, 2) objectives, 3) learning substance, 4) learning results, 5) subject description, 6) curriculum structure, 7) learning units, 8) guidelines for the instructional management, 9) instructional media and resources, and 10) evaluation and measurement. The curricular specialists had checked the accuracy and suitability of the curriculum and its supplementary documents. They found out that this curriculum was applicable and suitable at the highest level.

2. The efficiency of the developed curriculum was 87.34/88.52 which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

3. After the students had learnt through the developed curriculum, their learning achievement was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

4. After the students had learnt through the developed curriculum, their operational skill was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

5. The students’ satisfaction of the school curriculum of an additional subject entitled “Multi-purpose Bamboo Box” developed by the researcher was at the highest level.
