บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านกลาง “ผดุงราษฏร์วิทยา” สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคมก่อนและหลังการเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาเจตคติที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้การรับใช้สังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนบ้านกลาง “ผดุงราษฏร์วิทยา” สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 จำนวน 40 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2) แบบวัดจิตสาธารณะ และ 3) แบบวัดเจตคติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test แบบ Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านกลาง “ผดุงราษฏร์วิทยา” สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 80.09/82.88 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80

2. จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 หลังเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีวินัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. เจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะตามหลักการเรียนรู้ด้วยการรับใช้สังคม ชั้นประถม ศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.42 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Learning for Prathom Suksa 5 of Banklang “Padungratwittaya” Under the office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1 to gain the efficiency of 80/80 criteria 2) compare the public mind of students gained before and after they had learned through the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Learning, and 3) examine the student’s attitude of learning through the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Learning.

The samples group consisted of the 40 Prathom Suksa 5 students who enrolled at the 2nd semester of 2014 academic year at Banklang “Padungratwittaya” school under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 1 using cluster random sampling technique. The research instruments were as follows: 1) the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service learning for Prathom Suksa 5, 2) the Public Mind test, and 3) the attitude test. The collected data were analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation and t-test dependent samples.

The results of this research were as follows:

1. The Program for Enhancing Public Mind bases on Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Learning  for Prathom Suksa 5 of Banklang “Padungratwittaya” under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1 had an efficiency of 80.09/82.88 which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. After the students had learned through the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Leaming for Phathamsulsa 5 of Banklang “Padungratwittaya” School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational  Service Area 1, their mean score was statistically higher than before at 0.1 level of significance.

3. After the students had learned through the Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Program for Enhancing Public Mind based on Social Service Learning for Prathom Suksa 5 of Banklang “Padungratwittaya” School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1, their attitude mean score was 4.42, the hight level.
