บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 1) เพื่อทราบความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการใช้ธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโดยรวมและรายได้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงาน

กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูที่สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครเครือข่ายที่ 46(8) เขตหนองจอก จำนวน 118 คน โดยใช้ตาราง Krejcie และ Morgan โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครเครือข่ายที่ 46(8) เขตหนองจอก พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงและมีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 4-15 ปีขึ้นไป

2. ครูมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมระดับมาก คือ หลักคุณธรรม

3. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจกับหลักธรรมมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารจำแนกตามเพศชายและเพศหญิง พบว่าโดยรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความคุ้มค่าและด้านการมีส่วนร่วม แตกต่างกับด้านอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

5. ผลการวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อหลักการใช้ธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่าโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน พิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านคุณธรรมและความคุ้มค่าแตกต่างกับด้านอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

Abstract

The purpose of this Research study were to 1) A Study of Acceptane of the Satisfaction used Good Governance Schools Administrator as a whole and as aspact 2) A comparison of the satisfaction of Good Governance schools Administrator consideration of Gender and work Experiences.

The Sample of this Research consistent of 118 Teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Net work 46(8) Nangjok Area by krejcie and Mogan. The instrument used for data collection was 5 rating scale questionnaire with alpha coefficient reliability of .98. The Statistic in the data analyes were parentage mean standard divation t-test and One Way ANOVA.

The Research Result fiending were as follow:

1. The teachers in schools of Bangkok Metropolitan Netework 46(8) Nungjok for Gender of the Famele most of all and work experiences between 4-15 year most of all.

2. The teachers of the Satisfaction maint used Good Governance of Schools Administrator as a whole a high Level aspect of Ethics most of all.

3. The teachers have work experiences of the Satisfaction maint used Good Governance as a whole not have difference.

 4. Analyses a comparison of the Satisfaction maint used Good Governance for schools Administrator consideration of the Gender between mane and famale mean consideration for most of all and consideration of Value for Money and Patieiption of the statistical significant different at .05 Level accordance of the hypothesis

5. Analyses a comparison of the Satisfaction maint used Good Governance for schools administrator Conederation of work experiences as a whole did not difference consideration of Ethics and Value for money of the statistical significant different at .05 Level accordance of the Hypothesis
