บทคัดย่อ

ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ยางพารา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนมัธยมวาริชภูมิ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนตามหลักสูตร 3) ศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตร และ 4) ศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนตามหลักสูตร

กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนมัธยมวาริชภูมิ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ยางพารา 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และ 4) แบบวัดเจตคติทางการเรียน การวิจัยดำเนินการ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) นำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ และ 4) การประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที แบบ 2 กลุ่มไม่อิสระกัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ยางพารา มีลักษณะเป็นหลักสูตรที่มีสาระการเรียนรู้ทั้งความรู้ความเข้าใจ และทักษะปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วยดังนี้ หลักการและเหตุผล วิสัยทัศน์ จุดมุ่งหมาย สาระการเรียนรู้และผลการเรียนรู้ โครงสร้างหลักสูตร คำอธิบายรายวิชา หน่วยการเรียนรู้ แนวการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ เกณฑ์การประเมิน ซึ่งหลักสูตรได้รับการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.68) และมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.24/84.57 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนตามหลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 81.07 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ร้อยละ 80

4. เจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนตามหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เรื่อง ยางพารา ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.51)    

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) develop and find the efficiency of an additional course on Para Rubber in the Career and Technology Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 4 at Mathayom Waritchaphum School under the office of Secondary Educational Service Area 23 to meet the efficiency standard of 80/80, 2) compare students’ leaning achievement between before and after learning through the course, 3) investiate students’ performance skills after learning the course, and 4) examine students’ attitude towards leaming through the courese.

The sample was 35 Mathayom Suksa 4 students of Mathayom Waritchaphum Secondary School in the second semester of academic year 2014. The research instruments were: 1) an additional course, 2) an achievement test, 3) a test of performance skills, and 4) an attitude measurement form. The study was developed into to four steps as follows: 1) investigation of fundamental data, 2) curriculum development, 3) implementation of the developed curriculum, and 4) assessment and improvement of the curriculum. Statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings were as follows:

1. The additional course entitled “Para Rubber” having a substance of learning in knowledge/ understanding consisted of these components: rationale, vision and performance goal, learning substance and learning on skills come, curriculum structure, course description, learning units, learning management guideline media and towers of learning, measurement and evaluation. The developed additional course on Para Rubber was assessed by expert at the highest level ( = 4.68). The efficiency index at the curriculum was 80.24/84.57, which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. The students’ learning achievement after the intervention were higher than that before it at the .01 level of significance.

3. The performance skills of students who learned by the curriculum had a mean score of 81.07 out of 100 which was higher than the set at 80 criterion.

4. The students’ attitude towards learning through the developed curriculum as a whole was at the highest level ( = 4.51).
