บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ จำแนกตาม 3 กลุ่มสาขาวิชา คือ กลุ่มมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ กลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และกลุ่มวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์โปรไฟล์พหุระดับ (Multilevel Latent Profile Analysis) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา จำนวน 925 คน จาก 226 สาขาวิชา ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ
ผลการวิเคราะห์โปรไฟล์พหุระดับที่มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เมื่อจำแนกตาม 3 กลุ่มสาขาวิชา พบว่า 2 กลุ่มสาขาวิชา คือ (1) มนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และ (2) วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มีลักษณะการจัดกลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย 6 กลุ่มแฝง (2 กลุ่มแฝงระดับสาขาวิชา X 3 กลุ่มแฝงระดับบุคคล) นั่นคือ ระดับสาขาวิชาจำแนกเป็นการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ 2 กลุ่มแฝง คือ ปานกลาง และสูง ส่วนระดับบุคคลจำแนกเป็น 3 กลุ่มแฝง คือ ต่ำ ปานกลาง และสูง โดยทุกกลุ่มแฝงมีการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ด้านวิชาการสูงกว่าด้านอื่นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด และด้านพาณิชย์ต่ำกว่าด้านอื่นอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเช่นเดียวกัน โดยกลุ่มแฝงปานกลางในระดับสาขาวิชาและกลุ่มแฝงต่ำในระดับบุคคลมีการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในระดับต่ำเกือบทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณากลุ่มสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ประกอบด้วย 6 กลุ่มแฝงเช่นเดียวกัน (3 กลุ่มแฝงระดับสาขาวิชา X 2 กลุ่มแฝงระดับบุคคล) แต่มีลักษณะแตกต่างจาก 2 กลุ่มสาขาวิชาแรก นั่นคือ ระดับสาขาวิชาจำแนกได้เป็น 3 กลุ่มแฝง คือ ต่ำ ปานกลาง และสูง ในขณะที่ระดับบุคคลจำแนกเป็น 2 กลุ่มแฝง คือ ต่ำและสูง ซึ่งทุกกลุ่มแฝงมีการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ด้านวิชาการสูงกว่าด้านอื่น และด้านนโยบายต่ำกว่าด้านอื่น โดยกลุ่มแฝงที่มีการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในระดับต่ำเกือบทุกด้าน คือ กลุ่มแฝงต่ำทั้งในระดับบุคคลและระดับสาขาวิชา
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to apply the Multilevel Latent Profile Analysis through the analysis and investigation in congruence of research utilization model of lecturers in Rajabhat Universities as classified by 3 major fields of study including: the Humanities and Social Sciences, Science, and Health Science by using Multilevel Latent Profile Analysis. The samples of this study were 925 lecturers from Rajabhat Universities, under jurisdiction of Office of The Higher Education Commission from 226 fields or programs. They were selected by Multi-Stage Random Sampling. The studied variables were the lecturers’ utilization as classified by major fields of study. The research instrument was the questionnaire asking the research utilization of lecturers in Rajabhat Universities.
The analytic findings of Multi Level Profile Analysis being congruent with empirical data as classified by 3 major fields of study, found that 2 major fields of study including: (1) the Humanities and Social Sciences, and (2) the Health Science which were grouped analytic findings including 6 classes (2 classes in major level X 3 classes in individual level), the major level was the application of research findings for 2 classes in “Moderate” and “High” levels. For the individual level, it was classified into 3 classes including the “Low” “Moderate” and “High” levels. The utilization of research findings by every class, was in the academic aspect which was higher than other aspects obviously. In addition, most of classes applied the commerce aspect in lower level than other aspects. The classes with “Moderate” level in major level, and the class with “Low” level of class in individual level, the utilization of research findings was in “Low” level in almost every aspect. Considering Science and Technology, it was consisted of 6 classes as well. (3 classes in major level X 2 classes in individual level). But, it was different from the first 2 major fields of study. The major level was classified into 3 classes including: “Low” level, “Moderate” level, and “High” level. For the individual level, it was classified into 2 classes including the “Low,” and “High” levels. In every class, the academic aspect of research findings, was applied in higher level than the other aspect, and the policy aspect was in lower level than the other aspects. The class with “Low” level of research findings in almost all aspect, were “Low” level of class in both of individual level and major level.
