บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การจัดสวนในภาชนะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม ระหว่างก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียน 4) ศึกษาทักษะปฏิบัติงานการจัดสวนในภาชนะของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม และ 5) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/5 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน 33 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) โดยการใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การจัดสวนในภาชนะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 6 แผน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงานการจัดสวนในภาชนะและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยใช้ t–test แบบ Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การจัดสวนในภาชนะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้น พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดสามารถนำไปใช้ได้

2. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การจัดสวนในภาชนะ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 83.38/86.89 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80

3. นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมเพิ่มเติม มีทักษะการปฏิบัติงานการจัดสวนในภาชนะ มีค่าอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

5. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop the Additional Curriculum of Miniature Garden Arrangement in Containers of the Learning Substance Group of Career and Technology for Mathayom Suksa 3, 2) to investigate the efficiency of the developed additional curriculum, 3) to compare the students’ achievements earned before and after learning through the additional curriculum, 4) to examine the students’ skills in arranging miniature garden in containers, and 5) to explore the students’ satisfaction of learning through the additional curriculum.

The subjects were 33 Mathayom Suksa 3/5 students who were studying in 2016 academic year at That Phanom School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 22. They were obtained through cluster random sampling using the classroom as the sampling unit.

The instruments used in this study included the Additional Curriculum of Miniature Garden Arrangement in Containers of the Learning Substance Group of Career and Technology for Mathayom Suksa 3, 6 lesson plans, an achievement test, the form to measure the students’ skills of arranging the miniature garden in containers, and a questionnaire to survey the students’ satisfaction. The statistics for data analysis were mean and standard deviation; t-test (Dependent Samples) was also employed to compare the means’ difference.

The study showed these results:

1. As assessed by specialists, the developed Additional Curriculum of Miniature Garden Arrangement in Containers of the Learning Substance Group of Career and Technology for Mathayom Suksa 3 had its appropriateness at the highest level and was applicable.

2. The developed Additional Curriculum of Miniature Garden Arrangement in Containers of the Learning Substance Group of Career and Technology for Mathayom Suksa 3 had its efficiency of 83.38/86.89.

3. After the students had learnt through the developed Additional Curriculum of Miniature Garden Arrangement in Containers of the Learning Substance Group of Career and Technology for Mathayom Suksa 3, their learning achievement was significantly higher than that of before at .01 statistical level.

4. The students who had learnt through the developed Additional Curriculum earned their skills in arranging the miniature garden in containers at the high level.

5. The students had their satisfaction of the developed Additional Curriculum at the high level.
