บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวด้วยรูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการ โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน 2) ศึกษาบทบาทของชุมชนในการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการในชุมชน สำหรับเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย 1) อาจารย์ จำนวน 2 คน 2) นักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาพิเศษที่สมัครใจ จำนวน 18 คน 3) ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 20 คน รวม 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ปกครองและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง แบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ปกครองและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คะแนนเฉลี่ย () ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับสภาพปัญหาในการพัฒนาเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว พบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า

1.1 สภาพปัญหาด้านองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเด็กพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

1.2 สภาพปัญหาด้านสื่อ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สื่อ บริการและความช่วยเหลืออื่นใดทางการศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

1.3 สภาพปัญหาด้านเจตคติที่มีต่อเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

1.4 สภาพปัญหาด้านการประสานความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ระดับความต้องการในการพัฒนาเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า

2.1 ความต้องการด้านองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเด็กพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2.2 ความต้องการด้านสื่อ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สื่อ บริการและความช่วยเหลืออื่นใดทางการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2.3 ความต้องการด้านเจตคติที่มีต่อเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2.4 ความต้องการด้านการประสานความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการประเมินการใช้รูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการในชุมชน สำหรับเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน พบว่า คะแนนพัฒนาการของเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว ก่อนได้รับการพัฒนาด้วยรูปแบบการ มีช่วงคะแนนอยู่ระหว่าง 22–27 คะแนน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 24.67 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 1.966 ประสิทธิภาพทางพัฒนาการระดับร้อยละ 35.24 หลังจากได้รับการพัฒนาด้วยรูปแบบ มีช่วงคะแนนอยู่ระหว่าง 37–39 คะแนน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 38.17 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.983 ประสิทธิภาพทางพัฒนาการระดับร้อยละ 54.52 ซึ่งถือได้ว่ารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการในชุมชน สำหรับเด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน มีคุณภาพและส่งผลให้เด็กที่มีความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเต็มศักยภาพ และต่อเนื่อง

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study problems and requirements to develop of children with movement disabilities by using the rehabilitee pattern of movement disabilities children using the community as a base, 2) study the rale of the community in helping children with movement disabilities, and 3) evaluate the use of the rehabilitee pattern for the movement disabilities children. The sample consisted of 2 teachers, 18 volunteer students of special education, 20 parents of students, including 40 people. The tools used in the research were Interview form and questionnaire about problems and needs of parents and relevant person and the form for evaluation the development of movement disabilities children. Statistics used in data analysis were mean () and standard deviation (S.D.).

Results of the research were as follows:

1. The level of problems in developing children with movement disabilities, found that the overall at a high level. Considered the each aspect as follows:

1.1 Overall, the problems of knowledge was at a high level.

1.2 Overall, the problems of media, facilities, media service and the other assistance in educational, was at the highest level.

1.3 Overall, the problems of attitude towards the children with movement disabilities of agencies involved, was at a high level.

1.4 Overall, the problems of collaboration of agencies involved in the development of children with movement disabilities was at a high level.

2. The level of needs in developing children with movement disabilities, found that the overall at the highest level. Considered the each aspect as follows:

2.1 Overall, the needs of knowledge was at the highest level.

2.2 Overall, the needs of media, facilities, media service and the other assistance in educational, was at high level.

2.3 Overall, the needs of attitude towards the with movement disabilities of aqencies involved children was at the highest level.

2.4 Overall, the needs of disability children in collaboration of agencies involved in the development of childen with movement disabilities was at a high level.

3. Evaluation of the use of community based rehabilitee pattern for the children movement disabilities found that the point of disability children before using were in the range of 22-27, average 24.67, standard deviation 1.966, and efficiency of development 35.24. After using the pattern they had scores in the range of 37-39, average 38.17, standard deviation 0.983, and efficiency of development 54.52. It shows that the pattern is quality and influence to disability children development replete potential and ongoing.
