บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้ตนเองเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้ของครู 2) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ตนเองเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้ของครู ตามปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตำแหน่ง ภูมิลำเนา และที่พักปัจจุบัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ในพื้นที่อำเภอกุสุมาลย์ จำนวนรวม 129 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ตนเองเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ Mann-Whitney U test และ one-way ANOVA

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 62.8) มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี และระหว่าง 31-40 ปี (ร้อยละ 27.9) สมรสแล้ว (ร้อยละ 55.0) มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 58.1) ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-10 ปี และ 11-20 ปี (ร้อยละ 27.9) เป็นครู ค.ศ.3 (ร้อยละ 38.8) มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่นอกพื้นที่อำเภอกุสุมาลย์ (ร้อยละ 68.2) และมีที่พักปัจจุบันอยู่นอกอำเภอกุสุมาลย์ (ร้อยละ 51.9)

2. การรับรู้ตนเองเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้ ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ในพื้นที่อำเภอกุสุมาลย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.72, S.D. = 0.34

3. ครูที่มีปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และตำแหน่งการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีปัจจัยด้านภูมิลำเนาและที่พักปัจจุบันแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทโส้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

The research objective were to 1) study self-perception about Thai So culture of teachers in schools belonging to Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area 1 at Kusuman district. 2) study the different in self-perception about Thai So culture of teachers in schools under the office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area 1 at Kusuman district classified by personal factors. The subjects of this study were 129 teachers under the office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Service Area 1 in Kusuman district. These teachers were selected by purposive sampling. The researcher collected data by using questionnaire. The obtained data were then analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The Mann-whitney U test and one-way ANOVA were also used ind hypothesis testing.

The Research finding were as follows:

1. It was found that most respondents were female (62.8%), age 20-30 years old equal to 31-40 years old (27.9%), married lived together (55%), bachelor degree (58.1%), 1-10 years of work experience equal to 11-20 years of work experience (27.9%), Senior professional level teacher (35.7%), hometown in Kusuman district (68.2%) and housing in Kusuman district (51.9%).

2. Analysis revealed that self-percceptin about Thai So culture of teacher was at high level (mean score 3.72).

3. The Hypothesis testing revealed the different personal characteristics on hometown and housing had impact on self-perception about Thai So culture at the .01 level of significance.
