บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม และมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 70 ของจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด และ 2) พัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม และมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 70 ของจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนหนองกุงเซินหนองโนพัฒนา ตำบลหนองกุงเซิน อำเภอภูเวียง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 27 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) ของระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เรื่อง การบวก การลบ และการคูณทศนิยม จำนวน 12 แผน (2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวก การลบ และการคูณทศนิยม ชั้นประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 5 เป็นข้อสอบแบบอัตนัย จำนวน 4 ข้อ (3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวก การลบ และการคูณทศนิยม ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เป็นข้อสอบแบบปรนัย ชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับร้อยละ 87.41 ของคะแนนเต็ม และมีนักเรียน จำนวน 23 คน ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ เท่ากับร้อยละ 85.19 ของจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมดซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (PBL) ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับร้อยละ 75.67 ของคะแนนเต็ม และมีนักเรียน จำนวน 23 คน ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ เท่ากับร้อยละ 85.19 ของจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมดซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop grade 5 students’ mathematic problem-solving ability through problem-based learning (PBL) activities management so that the students could make a ability mean score of 70% of the full score and 70% or higher of the student group passed the criterion and, 2) to enhance the students’ learning achievement through problem-based learning (PBL) activities management so that they could make a achievement mean score of 70% of the full score and 70% or higher of the student group passed the criterion. The sample consisted of 27 Grade 5 students in Nong-goong Sern Nong No Pattana School in Nong-goong Sern Sub-district, Puwiang District, under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Education Service Area 5. The group was selected through a purposive sampling during the second semester of the 2018 academic year.  Research instruments used in the study included 1) 12 lesson plans on grade 5 mathematics basing on problem-based learning (PBL) activities management on the subjects of addition, subtraction and decimal multiplication, 2) a 4-item essay test on addition, subtraction and decimal multiplication for testing the students’ mathematical problem-solving ability and 3) a 4-choice objective learning achievement test on addition, subtraction and decimal multiplication, totaling 30 items. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and percentage.

The findings show that:

1. The students made a mean score of 87.41% of the full score on mathematic problem-solving ability through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) activities management, and 23 students or 85.19% of the sample passed the prescribed passing criterion of 70%.

2. The students made a learning achievement mean score of 75.67% of the full score, and 23 students or 85.19% of the sample passed the prescribed passing criterion of 70%.
