บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศตามหลักไตรสิกขา โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัย แนวคิดทฤษฏีเกี่ยวกับ 1) การบริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ทฤษฎีลำดับขั้นความต้องการของมาสโลว์ ทฤษฎี ERG ของอัลเดอร์เฟอร์ ทฤษฎีสองปัจจัยของเฮิร์ซเบิร์ก ทฤษฎี Y ของแม็กเกเกอร์ และทฤษฎีของแม็กเชลแลนด์ 2) ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ด้านผู้เรียน ด้านกระบวนการบริหารและการจัดการ และด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และ 3) หลักไตรสิกขา ประกอบด้วย ศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา จากการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศตามหลักไตรสิกขา พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใช้หลักการบริหารสถานศึกษาและหลักไตรสิกขาส่งผลให้สถานศึกษามีความเป็นเลิศ ผู้เขียนจึงสนใจและศึกษาการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศตามหลักไตรสิกขา ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพื่อให้สถานศึกษามีความเข้มแข็ง มีประสิทธิภาพตามกรอบที่กฎหมายกำหนด และบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายของการจัดการศึกษาอย่างคุ้มค่า เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับประเทศชาติ

Abstract

This academic article aimed at examining school administration toward excellence in accordance with the Trisikkha principles through documents, research papers, concepts, and theories about: 1) School administration, including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Alderfur’s ERG Theory, Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory, McGregor’s Theory Y, and Macchelland’s theory; 2) School excellence in terms of learners, administrative and management processes, and the teaching and learning processes focusing on learner-centered; and 3) Trisikkha principles, comprising precepts, concentration, and wisdom. The examination of the concepts and theories about school administratioin toward excellence according to the Trisikkha principles revealed that school administrators should use the school administration and Trisikkha principles resulting in quality educational institutions and excellence. The author is interested in examining teachers’ roles and duties to strengthen educational institutions effectively within the framework prescribed by law and achieve the aims of educational management worthily and benefit to the nation.
