บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะในศวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) นำเสนอการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะในศวรรษที่ 21 จากการศึกษาพบว่าการศึกษาเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการพัฒนาประเทศและเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นส่วนช่วยในการเพิ่มความเท่าเทียมในสังคมและเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการสร้างอาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจและความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของประเทศ ดังนั้นการศึกษาจึงต้องสร้างทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ให้มีทั้ง Hard skills ที่เป็นความฉลาดรู้ในทักษะพื้นฐานที่สำคัญเพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า การฝึกฝนความสามารถ การสร้างความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพ ในขณะเดียวกันต้องสร้าง Soft skills ซึ่งเป็นทักษะและคุณลักษณะภายในของบุคคลที่สำคัญจำเป็นยิ่งในการอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสังคมและพร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ ดังนั้น นอกจากประเทศไทยต้องมุ่งเน้นการเรียนการสอนที่สร้างทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 แล้วนั้น ยังต้องมุ่งเน้นไปที่การเรียนการสอนแบบฐานสมรรณนะ เพื่อสร้างความสามารถในการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนผันในอนาคตอีกด้วย ครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 นั้นจึงควรมีความสามารถรูปแบบชนิดของการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะในศตวรรษที่ 21 คือ การพัฒนาความสามารถในการระบุตัวตนของนักเรียน และตัวผู้สอนหรือครูต้องมีรูปแบบการเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งรู้จุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของผู้เรียนสามารถช่วยให้ครูพัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้กลยุทธ์ต่าง ๆ เช่น การประเมินผลการเรียน การสอน แม้ว่านักเรียนที่มีความหลากหลาย และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนความแตกต่างการเรียนการสอนและการเรียนรู้ รองรับการประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่องของการพัฒนาทักษะของนักเรียนศตวรรษที่ 21 ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างชุมชนของผู้ปฏิบัติงานโดยการทำงานร่วมกันใช้รูปแบบความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันและความยั่งยืนของการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ

Abstract

The objectives of this article were : 1) to study about classroom management with competency-based in the 21st century and 2) to present the cocept of classroom management with competency-based in the 21st century. The study shows that education is the key of developing the country and also the main core in developing of human resources. Education leads to justice and equality. It is essential thing to driving economic growth and prosperity of the country. Therefore, classroom management with competency-based in the 21st century needs the Hard Skills; the excellence in learning the basic of studying and researching the knowledges, practicing for the skills for the professional expertise. And the Soft Skills; it is the skill about the building internal characteristics of each ones for living in the society with other people. It is the skill to help people to always be ready for the change. That is the important reason why Thai Education needs to focus not only on classroom management for the 21st century but also the classroom management with competency-based to increase the ability to cope with future changes as well. Tecahers in the 21st century should have the ability of competency-based teaching skills; the ability to justify strengths and weaknesses of every students to develop the strategies of teaching such as teaching students with deferent level of proficiency, the ability to create the classroom environment that appropriate with many kind of students, the ability to assess and evaluate their 21st century skills development that promote the exchanging of skills between one and other communities to share the goal and sustainability of professional development together.
