A Study on the Online Learning State and Problems of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University Students During the COVID-19 Pandemic

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 และ (2) ปัญหาการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาที่เรียนรายวิชาสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 231 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษา สูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้การเรียน คือ ใช้สมาร์ทโฟนเป็นเครื่องมือในการสื่อสาร ด้านการใช้เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต คือ ใช้เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่บ้าน ด้านสถานที่ใช้ในการเรียนออนไลน์ คือ เรียนที่บ้าน ด้านโปรแกรมและแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้ในการเรียน คือ Facebook) และ Zoom และด้านลักษณะการจัดการเรียนออนไลน์ คือ มีการใช้เครื่องมือสื่อสารและระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต และมีช่องทางสื่อสารระหว่างผู้สอนและผู้เรียน 2. ปัญหาในการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษา สูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตคือ อินเทอร์เน็ตไม่เสถียรทำให้การเรียนไม่ต่อเนื่อง และความเร็วของอินเทอร์เน็ตที่เชื่อมต่อในการอัพโหลดไฟล์งาน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ ขาดการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้สอนกับผู้เรียน และขาดความเข้าใจในการเรียนหัวข้อที่มีการปฏิบัติ

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine (1) the state of  online learning of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University during the COVID-19 pandemic and (2) the issues concerning the problem of online learning of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was a survey research with 231 participants of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University students who were taking the Information for Learning course. A 5-level scale questionnaire was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. On the issue concerning online learning state, it found that: A majority of the students used their smartphones as their primary communication device for online learning. Most students used the network at their homes where they usually participated in online learning. The most commonly-used platforms and applications used for communication were Facebook and Zoom. In the aspect of online learning management, most students agreed that it had using technological devices powered on internet connections to communicate, with instructors and students keeping in contact. 2. Problems with online learning included issues with the stability and speed of internet connectivity, which caused problems when uploading files. In addition, the lack of face-to-face interaction between instructors and students made it difficult for students to understand practical topics.
