บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่ม โดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้น ขั้นตอนการวิจัยเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่ม โดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ ระยะที่ 2 การทดลองใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่ม โดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ พร้อมคู่มือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูระดับปฐมวัยสังกัดภาครัฐหรือเอกชน จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่ม โดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ และคู่มือ 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการบรรยายและพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่มโดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มี 8 ชุด พร้อมคู่มือ ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน พบว่ามีคุณภาพผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2. ผลการทดลองใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงต่อความพิการในระยะแรกเริ่ม โดยใช้ระบบออนไลน์ และคู่มือ กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 20 คน พบว่า 1) ด้านการเข้าใช้งานในระบบ มีขั้นตอนที่เข้าใจง่าย สะดวกและรวดเร็ว 2) ด้านรายการพฤติกรรมของแต่ละประเภทความพิการ เข้าใจง่าย สามารถสังเกตได้ง่าย ไม่ซับซ้อน มีการกำหนดเกณฑ์ที่ชัดเจน และสามารถสรุปผลได้ง่าย และ 3) ด้านการบันทึกและพิมพ์แบบการคัดกรอง เมื่อบันทึกข้อมูลแล้วสามารถเรียกข้อมูลย้อนหลังมาดูได้ และสามารถคัดกรองเด็กที่มีภาวะเสี่ยงคนอื่น ๆ ได้ 3. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.85

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop and study results of the experiment using package for screening of children with as risk factors in early stage by using online system, and 2) to study the satisfaction of the developed package users. The research process was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 developing package for screening of children with as risk factors in early stage by using online system, and phase 2 the experiment of using the pagkage for screening of children with as risk factors in early stage by using online system and the manual. The sample in phase 2 was 20 early childhood teachers under public or private sectors. The research instruments were 1) the package for screening of children with as risk factors in early stage by using online system and manual, and 2) a satisfaction questionnaire in using the developed package. Research data were analyzed by using mean for quantitative data and content analysis for qualitative data. The findings were summarized as follows: 1. The 8 developed package and manuals for screening of children with as risk factors in early stage by using online system were assessed by 5 experts, they met the quality criteria. 2. The results of the experiment using the developed packages and manuals with the sample of 20 people, it was found that : 1) In term of accessing the system, the steps were easy to understand, convenient and quick; 2) the list of behaviors of each disability type was easy to understand, could be easily observed, uncomplicated, clear criteria setting and could easily summarize results; and 3) in term of recording and printing of screening forms, when the data were saved, the historical data could be retrieved and able to screen children at risk for other people. 3. All aspects of satisfaction of the sample towards using the developed packages and manuals were at the highest level. Overall, the mean was 4.85.
