บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้มหาบัณฑิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาจิตวิทยาการศึกษาและการแนะแนว คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2560 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม (2) ด้านความรู้ (3) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา (4) ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ (5) ด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลขการสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (6) ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ทางจิตวิทยาการศึกษาและการแนะแนวในการปฏิบัติงาน และ (7) ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการศึกษาและการแนะแนวปฏิบัติงาน 2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตร และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของมหาบัณฑิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้มหาบัณฑิต จำนวน 19 คน นิสิตที่กำลังศึกษาในหลักสูตร จำนวน 13 คน และมหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในหลักสูตร พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 28 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการตรวจเอกสาร แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้มหาบัณฑิต และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนิสิตและมหาบัณฑิต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 1) ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ พบว่า 1.1) ผู้ใช้มหาบัณฑิตของสาขาวิชาในช่วงปี 2558-2561 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 4.15-4.77 1.2) มหาบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาการศึกษาและการแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 4.18-4.77 และ 1.3) นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาการศึกษาและการแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า 2.1) เหตุผลที่มหาบัณฑิตเลือกศึกษาต่อในสาขาฯ เนื่องจากสาขาฯ มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่ยอมรับ เน้นการปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้จัดการเรียนการสอนและช่วยเหลือเด็กนักเรียนได้จริง 2.2) ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นว่าทางด้านวิชาการ บัณฑิตควรมีความรอบรู้ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปฏิรูปการศึกษา เข้าใจพฤติกรรมมนุษย์และสามารถหาสาเหตุซึ่งนำไปสู่การแก้ปัญหาได้

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to evaluate employers’ satisfactions on Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Guidance program, Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University, revised version 2017 in 7 areas which were (1) morality and ethics, (2) knowledge, (3) intellectual skills, (4) interpersonal skills and responsibility, (5) numerical analysis, communication and use of information technology, (6) application of knowledge in educational psychology and guidance in practice, and (7) moral, ethical, and ethical practices in education and work guidance, 2) to evaluate students’ satisfaction towards the curriculum, and 3) to evaluate graduated students’ satisfaction towards the curriculum. The target groups used in this research were 19 employers of former students, 13 current students in the program, and 28 former students who graduated from Master’s degree program in academic year 2017. Research instruments were an interview form, a documental record, an employers’ satisfaction questionnaire, a current students’ satisfaction questionnaire, and a former students’ satisfaction questionnaire. Research data were analyzed by using percentile, mean, and content analysis. The research results were divised into 2 parts: 1) The quantitative data reviewed that 1.1) The employers of the Master’s program during 2015–2018 reported that the employers satisfaction overall means were at a high level and the highest level (Range between 4.15-4.77), 1.2) the graduates satisfied towards Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Guidance program at a high level and the highest level (Range between 4.18-4.77), 1.3) the students satisfied towards Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Guidance program at a high level. 2) The qualitative data reviewed that 2.1) the reasons that the graduated students decided to pursuit their studies at the program were a well-established reputation, emphasizing the practical practicum that could be applied to instruct in schools and to help students, 2.2) the employers suggested that in the academic dimension, the graduated students should have knowledge about the educational reform, understanding of human’s behaviors and the ability to find the causes that lead to solutions.
