บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้  1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม  2) หาประสิทธิภาพของพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80  3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่องชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ก่อนและหลังการเข้ารับการอบ 4) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านและ 5)เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ (ไข้หวัดใหญ่สายพันธ์ใหม่ 2009) สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คืออาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่อง  ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ แบบวัดทักษะในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ  สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนมมีคุณภาพจากการประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.97 อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด

2. หลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ สำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 92.57/90.50 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80

3. ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ ของอาสาสมัครสามธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ทักษะในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.57

5. ความพึงพอใจของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง ชุมชนปลอดภัยห่างไกลโรคติดต่อ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.32 อยู่ในระดับดี

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to: 1) develop the Training Program Entitled “Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease” for Village Public Health Volunteers In  Nakhon Phanom Province  2) reach  the efficiency of the Training Program Entitled “Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease” for Village Public Health Volunteers In  Nakhon Phanom Province to criterion set 80/80.  3)  compare the knowledge and understanding on  Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease for Village Public Health Volunteers between before and after learning through the Training Program Entitled Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease for Village Public Health Volunteers  4) study of skills to prevent disease of  Village Public Health Volunteers 5) study the village public health volunteers’ satisfaction toward the Training Program Entitled Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease for Village Public Health Volunteers In  Nakhon Phanom Province.

The samples group consisted of 30  Village Public Health Volunteers In Nakae Distiic, Nakhon Phanom Province, by using purposive sampling technique. The instruments of this research consisted of a knowledge and understanding test , skills to prevent disease test and village public health volunteers’ satisfaction toward the Training Program questionnaire. The collected data were analysis by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Sample).

The results of this research were as follows:

1. The quality of the Training Program Entitled “Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease” for Village Public Health Volunteers assessment of the experts mostly, was mean score 4.97 at the highest level.

2. The efficiency of The Training Program Entitled Community Safety the far from Infectious Disease for Village Public Health Volunteers was 92.57/90.50 which was higher than the criterion set of 80/80.

3. The  Village Public Health Volunteers; skills to prevent disease was 62.57 percentage at the highest level. 

4.  The  Village Public Health Volunteers’ satisfaction toward the Training Program was mean score 4.32  at the high level.

5.  The  Village Public Health Volunteers’ satisfaction toward the Training Program was mean score 4.32  at the high level.
