บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้นสำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับเรื่องการดแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้นของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ก่อนและหลังการเข้ารับการอบรมและ 3)เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้น ของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่เข้ารับการอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คืออาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้น และแบบวัดเจตคติที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใฃ้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝีกอบรม เรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้นสำหรับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) วัตถุประสงค์  3) คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม  4) เนื้อหา  5) รูปแบบการอบรม  6) กิจกรรมการอบรม  7) สื่อและอุปกรณ์ 8) การวัดและประเมินผล และจากการประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีความสมบูรณ์ เหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.9

2. ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรและพัฒนาขึ้น มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดูและสุขภาพเบื้องต้น หลักการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีเจตคติต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับสูง

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to: 1) develop the Training Program  on Primary Health Care , for Village Public Health Volunteers  in Thatphanom District, Nakhon Phanom  Province  2) compare the knowledge and understanding about primary health care , for Village Public Health Volunteers between before and after  learning through the Training Program and 3) study the Village Public Health Volunteers attitude towards the Training Program on Primary Health Care for Village Public Health Volunteers  in Thatphanom District , Nakhon Phanom Province.

The subjects of this study were 60 Village Public Health  Volunteers  in Thatphanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The instruments of this research consisted of a knowledge and understanding test and attitude questionnaire. The collected data were analysis by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Sample).

The results of this research were as follows:

1. The Training Program Primary Health Care for, for Village Public Health Volunteers  in Thatphanom District , Nakhon Phanom Province, has developed the following components: 1) Principle and Reason 2) Purpose of Training Course 3) Qualification of Trainee 4)Training Contents 5) Training Model 6) Training Activities 7) Media Training and 8) Measurement and Evaluation. And from a complete assessment of the experts mostly, was at the high level, the mean was 3.9.

2.  The Village Public Health Volunteers’ knowledge and understanding about primary health care after learning through the Training Program was higher before at the 0.1 level of significance.

3.  The Village Public Health Volunteers’ attitude towards the Training Program was at the high level.
