บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ 2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารและสารอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนอนุบาลนครพนม ประจำภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 1 ห้อง มีนักเรียนทั้งหมด 40 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าที (t-test ชนิด Dependent samples) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. ชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารและสารอาหาร ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 82.31/81.75  ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์เพิ่มขึ้น

2. นักเรียนมีคะแนนจากการทำแบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยคะแนนจากการทำแบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน

3. นักเรียนมีคะแนนจากการทำแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยคะแนนจากการทำแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน 

4. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนรู้ด้วยชุดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง อาหารและสารอาหาร มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.42 อยู่ในระดับมาก      

นอกจากนี้ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพยังพบว่า นักเรียนมีการพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางความคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ด้านการคิดจำแนก การแยกแยะให้เหตุผล และการหาความสัมพันธ์ขององค์ประกอบต่างๆ ของข้อมูลที่ศึกษาจากวิธีการสอนแบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ วิธีการทดลองและวิธีใช้ผังกราฟิก ส่งผลให้นักเรียนเกิดทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์โดยนำเอาองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์มาใช้ในการคิด การอธิบายและการสรุปผล   

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop a learning package for enhancing the scientifically analytical thinking ability, 2) find out the efficiency of the developed learning package, 3) compare the students’ scientifically analytical thinking abilities before and after they had learnt  through the learning package, 4) compare the students’ achievements before and after they had learnt through the learning package, and 5) investigate the students’ satisfaction of studying through the learning package which was constructed for enhancing their scientifically analytical thinking ability entitled “Food and Nutrients” in the science strand. The subjects were 40 Prathom Suksa 4 students who were enrolling in the first semester of 2009 academic year at Anuban Nakhon Phanom School. They were purposively selected. The instruments used in this study were the learning package for enhancing the scientifically analytical thinking ability, the test to measure the students’ scientifically analytical thinking ability, an achievement test, and the questionnaire to survey the students’ satisfaction of the learning package for enhancing the scientifically analytical thinking ability. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The study had shown the following results:

1. The  learning  package  for  enhancing 40 Prathom Suksa 4 students’ scientifically analytical thinking ability about “Food and Nutrients” had its efficiency of 82.31/81.75 hich corresponded to set criteria. The students also had higher scientifically analytical thinking ability.  

2. After the students had learnt through the developed learning package, their scientifically  analytical thinking ability was statically different and higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

3. After  the  students  had  learnt  through  the  developed  learning  package, their Learning achievement was statically different and higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.

4. On the average, these Prathom Suksa 4 students had their satisfaction of the constructed learning package for enhancing the scientifically analytical thinking ability at 4.42 which was at the high level.

When analyzing the qualitative data, it was found that the students had developed their scientifically analytical thinking skills in categorizing, dividing and reasoning. The students could find how the data and components gained from instructional methods of using an investigative inquiry, graphical mapping and experiment were related. This resulted in the students’ better skills in summarizing  and explaining by using their developed scientifically analytical thinking.
