บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยและกระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น ให้ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 2) ศึกษากระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2553 โรงเรียนบ้านท่าเยี่ยมโนนคอม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 จำนวน 10 คน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งดำเนินการเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา 2) เตรียมการและออกแบบนวัตกรรมเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนา 3) นำนวัตกรรมไปใช้ในการพัฒนาโดยจำแนกเป็น 4 วงรอบ คือ วงรอบที่ 1 ปฐมนิเทศนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยคำในมาตราแม่ ก กา วงรอบที่ 2 พัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยคำในมาตราแม่กง กม เกย และ เกอว วงรอบที่ 3 พัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยคำในมาตราแม่กก และกด วงรอบที่ 4 พัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยคำในมาตราแม่กน และกบ 4) ประเมินและสรุปผลการพัฒนา

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบฝึกทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนคำในมาตราสะกด จำนวน 4 ชุด 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 19 แผน 3) คู่มือการจัดทำแฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ชนิดปรนัยเลือกตอบ 20 ข้อ แบบทดสอบการอ่าน จำนวน 10 คำ และแบบทดสอบการเขียน จำนวน 10 คำ 5) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมนักเรียน และ 6) แบบประเมินแฟ้มสะสมงาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังการพัฒนาด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 93.00 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ระดับร้อยละ 80 และนักเรียนทุกคนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

2. กระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังการพัฒนาด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 92.00 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ระดับร้อยละ 80 และนักเรียนทุกคนมีคะแนนกระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

นอกจากนี้ จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพในระหว่างดำเนินการพัฒนา ยังพบว่า รูปแบบการวิจัยปฏิบัติการร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนการรู้ โดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมงานดีเด่น มีผลทำให้นักเรียนกล้าแสดงออก มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียน และมีความภาคภูมิใจในผลงานของตนเอง

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to develop a learning achievement based on the standard criterion of 80 % in the Thai learning substance group and a systematic work process among grade 2 primary students by through learning management using the outstanding portfolios, (2) to examine a systematic work process among grade 2 primary students through learning management using the outstanding portfolios.  The target group used in this study was 10 primary students of grade 2, who were enrolled in the second semester in academic year 2010 at Ban Tha Yiam Non Khom School under the supervision of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3. The study methodology employed action research into 4 steps: (1) to investigate problem states and analyze the causes, (2) to prepare and design an innovation for being used in development, (3) to use the innovation for development into 4 rounds: round 1–orientation was given to the target students and learning achievement was developed with words formed by initial consonant and vowel, round 2–a learning achievement was developed with words formed by initial consonant, vowel, and final letters of ‘m’, ‘y’, and ‘w’, round 3–a learning achievement was developed with words formed by initial consonant, vowel, and final letters of ‘k’, and ‘d’, round 4–a learning achievement was developed with words formed by initial consonant, vowel, and final letters of ‘n’ and ‘b’, (4) the results of development were evaluated and concluded.

The study instruments comprised (1) 4 copies of skill practice exercises in reading and writing words in the section of final letters, (2) 19 learning management plans, (3) a manual for building up an outstanding portfolio of work, (4) a multiple-choice objective test with 20 items, a test of 10 words reading, and a test of 10 words writing, (5) a student-behavior-observation form, and (6) a portfolio evaluation form.  Statistics used to analyze the data were mean, percentage, and standard deviation.

The findings were found as follows:

1. The learning achievement of the Thai learning substance group by grade 2 primary students after the development with learning management using the outstanding portfolios showed an average score of 93.00 %, which was higher than the anticipated standard criterion of 80 %. And every student had a higher learning achievement after the development than that specified by the criterion.

2. The systematic work process by grade 2 primary students after the development with learning management using the outstanding portfolios gained an average score of 92.00 %, which was higher than the specified criterion of 80 %.  And every student had a score on the systematic work process over the specified standard criterion.

Moreover, from the analysis of qualitative data during the development, it was found that the application of action research in association with learning management using the outstanding portfolios resulted in students who were brave to express themselves, enthusiastic about learning, and proud of their own achievement.
