บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษา ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน เป็นจำนวนนักศึกษา 20 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 79.06/80.33 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 75/75 ที่ตั้งไว้

2. ความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษา หลังเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิคผังกราฟิก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop the instructional activity using graphic organizer technique to enhance the students English reading ability of Certificate in Vocational Education Level, Industrial Technology Faculty, Nakhon Phanom University to meet the standard efficiency of 75/75,     2) to compare the students’ English reading ability between the pre-learning and the post-learning with the develop instructional activity using graphic organizer technique to enhance the students’ entrance English reading ability of Certificate in Vocational Education Level, Industrial Technology Faculty, Nakhon Phanom University, 3) to investigate the students’ satisfaction of the develop instructional activity using graphic organizer technique to enhance students’ English reading ability of Certificate in Vocational Education Level, Industrial Technology Faculty, Nakhon Phanom University The samples consisted of first year 20 students in Vocational Education Level, Technology Industrial Technology Faculty, Nakhon Phanom University, who enrolled in the second semester of  2014, selected by using Cluster Random Sampling. The instruments included: 1) the learning plans to develop the learning activity using graphic organizer to enhance the students’ reading English 2) the test to measure the students’ English reading and 3) the measurement form to examine the students’ satisfaction of their learning through the developed instructional activity using graphic organizer technique to enhance the students’ English reading ability. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard division, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings were as follows:

1. The efficiency criteria of the instructional activity using graphic organizer technique to enhance the English reading ability of Certificate in Vocational Education Level was 79.06/80.33 which was higher than the set basis of 75/75 criteria.

2. The students’ English reading ability of Certificate in Vocational Education Level after learning through graphic organizer technique was significantly higher than at the .01 level of significance.

3. The students’ satisfaction of the developed instructional activity using graphic organizer, as a whole, was at the high level.
