บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้กิจกรรมส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่าน ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านไร่นาดี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านไร่นาดี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 8 คน โดยใช้กระบวนการ วิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งมี 6 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ เลือกพื้นที่เป้าหมาย สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับโรงเรียนและชุมชน ระบุปัญหาที่ต้องการพัฒนา ร่วมกันวางแผนเพื่อปฏิบัติงาน ดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติงานและการประเมินผลและส่งผลสะท้อนกลับ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการขาดนิสัยรักการอ่านของนักเรียน มีสาเหตุมาจาก 1) ครูขาดการจัดกิจกรรมที่ต่อเนื่องและประสานกับผู้ปกครอง 2) นักเรียนขาดทักษะการอ่าน 3) ผู้ปกครองขาดการเอาใจใส่ และ 4) โรงเรียนขาดหนังสือใหม่ๆ และขาดกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ จากสาเหตุดังกล่าวผู้ร่วมวิจัยจึงได้จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 1) กิจกรรมอ่าน เขียน และแต่งประโยคจากคำพื้นฐาน 2) กิจกรรมอ่านนิทานให้ลูกฟัง 3) กิจกรรมการเล่านิทาน 4) กิจกรรมอ่านนิทานให้ครูฟัง และ 5) กิจกรรมเขียนเรื่องจากภาพ

2. ผลการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านทั้ง 5 กิจกรรม พบว่า นักเรียนมีความตั้งใจ สนใจ กระตือรือร้นในการทำกิจกรรมเป็นอย่างดี ให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่ในการทำกิจกรรม ทำงานเสร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนด มีการซักถามเมื่อมีข้อสงสัย มีการช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่ถาวร เป็นการปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะนิสัยรักการอ่านได้เป็นอย่างดี ทำให้นักเรียนมีความสนใจในการอ่าน เห็นความสำคัญในการอ่านและทุกคนมีผลการประเมินนิสัยรักการอ่านผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

Abstract

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of using the activities to promote the love read Habit of Prathom Suksa 1 students at Ban Rai Nadee School under the office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1. The target subjects were 8 Prathom Suksa 1 students who were studying in the second semester of 2013 academic year at Ban Rai Nadee School. The research was designed as participatory action research the contained 6 major stages: selecting the target area, creating good relationship with the school and the community, identifying the problems needed to be solved for development, participating in planning for actions, acting according to the plans, and evaluating for he reflections.

The study yielded these results:

1. The students lacked their love to read habit due to various problems: 1) the teacher did not organize the activities continuously and they did not coordinate with the students’ parents; 2) the students did not have reading skills; 3) the parents did not take care and pay attention to their children’s studies; 4) the school did not have new books and interesting activities. These problems caused the co-researchers to hold the activities to promote the habit of love to read for the students. These activities were 1) reading writing and composing the sentences from basic words, 2) reading tales to the children, 3) storytelling, 4) reading stories to the teachers, and 5) drawings from stories.

2. All 5 activities helped create the students’ attention to, interest in and enthusiasm for taking part. They cooperated fully and could finished their assignments according to the given deadline. They questioned whenever they were not clear about the reading texts. They helped each other and their knowledge gained from learning was permanent. The activities effectively and successfully helped promote the quality and efficiency of the reading habit. The students’ interest was stimulated and inculcated and making then perceive the importance of reading. Their love to read habit was evaluated and all could pass the evaluation.
