บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) หาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนวิชาสุขศึกษาและพลศึกษาของนักเรียนที่ได้เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนบ้านโคก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 32 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ โดยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้ t-test (Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es เรื่อง อาหารและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.08/84.79 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง อาหารและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es หลังเรียนสูงว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5Es เรื่อง อาหารและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.19)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to investigate the efficiency of the conduct of learning by Instructional activities of 5Es, learning cycle, 2) to compare the students’ achievements gained before and after they had learnt through the conduct of 5Es, learning cycle, and 3) to study the students’ attitude toward learning through the conduct of 5Es, learning cycle. The samples of this study were 32 Prathom Suksa 4/1 students who were enrolling in the first semester of Bankog School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Educational Prathom Suksa Service Area 2 in 2014 academic year. These subjects were cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research were the lesson plans of 5Es’ learning cycle, an achievement test, and  a set of questionnaire to survey and measure the students’ attitude toward learning through the conduct of 5Es, learning cycle. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples). 

The study revealed the following results:

1. Instructional activities of 5Es, learning cycle on Food and Health products of learning substance group for Prathom Suksa 4 had its efficiency of 84.08/84.79 more than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. The students’ learning achievement scores after learning through 5Es, learning cycle were higher than before at the .01 level of significance.

3. The students had attitude toward learning through the conduct of 5Es, learning cycle at the high level ( = 4.19).
