บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 75/75 3) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ก่อนและหลังการสอนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิก และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อ ความเข้าใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนเซนต์ยอแซฟสกลนคร สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 จำนวน 37 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) ด้วยวิธีการจับสลากโดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า t-test ชนิด Dependent Samples
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. กิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การเรียนแบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกเพื่อพัฒนาการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีลักษณะเป็นกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีการร่วมมือกันเรียนรู้ในการอ่าน ซึ่งกิจกรรมส่วนใหญ่จะเน้นผู้เรียนด้านการอ่านเรื่อง และสรุปความรู้จากการอ่านเป็นผังกราฟิก โดยมีขั้นตอนกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 นำเข้าสู่บทเรียน ขั้นที่ 2 นำเสนอบทเรียน ขั้นที่ 3 ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมกลุ่มย่อย และขั้นที่ 4 วัดและประเมินผล
2. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 87.88/80.90 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ 75/75
3. ความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ร่วมกับผังกราฟิกหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01
4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.79
Abstract
This study was conducted with the following purposes: 1) to develop the learning activities based on Cooperative Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance Composition ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students, 2) to study efficiency of the learning activities based on Cooperative Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading composition ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students by using criteria efficiency of 75/75 as the benchmark, 3) to compare the students’ English reading comprehension abilities gained before and after they had been taught with the lesson plans constructed by adopting Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers, 4) to explore the students’ satisfaction of learning through the learning activities based on Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading composition ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students. The subjects were 37 Prathom Suksa 4/1 students who were studying in the second semester of 2014 academic year at St Joseph Sakon Nakhon school under the office of Sakon Nakhon Private Education commission, Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. They were obtained by cluster random sampling from drawing the lottery using their classroom as the sampling units. The instruments consisted of lesson plans, the test to examine the students’ English reading comprehension ability’ a questionnaire to survey the students’ satisfaction of the learning management. The statistics used included percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).
The study yielded these results:
1. The learning activities based on Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading comprehension ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students required mutual cooperation to read from the students. They centered on the learner. The emphasis of most activities was on reading stories and concluding the knowledge from reading by using Graphic Organizers. Four phases of the learning activities were composed of 1) introduction, 2) presentation, 3) practice in small groups, and 4) evaluation and measurement.
2. The learning activities based on Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading comprehension ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students contained their efficiency of 87.88/80.90 which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75.
3. After the students had learnt through the learning activities based on Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading comprehension ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students, their English ability was statistically higher than that of before at .01 level of significance.
4. The students’ satisfaction of learning through the learning activities based on Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) and Graphic Organizers to enhance reading comprehension ability of Prathom Suksa 4 students was at the highest level.
