บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อให้ทราบระดับการให้บริการด้านการเงินของผู้รับบริการของสำนักงานการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการให้บริการด้านการเงินสำนักงานส่งเสริม การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การทำงาน

กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรทำงานด้านการเงินของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเปิดตารางเครซีและมอแกน จำนวน 88 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.81 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าที t-test และ One Way ANOVA

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การให้บริการด้านการเงินของผู้รับบริการด้านการเงินของสำนักงานการส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยกรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบทำให้บริการแก่ผู้รับบริการด้านการเงินของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจำแนกตามเพศ พิจารณาโดยรวมพบว่าระดับการให้บริการด้านการเงินอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.95) ( = 3.85) พิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ บุคลากรให้บริการเพศชายกับเพศหญิง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (P<.05) ส่วนด้านการอำนวยความสะดวก เพศชายกับเพศหญิงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (<P = < .01) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการให้บริการแก่ผู้รับบริการด้านการเงินของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร พิจารณาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 3.88) ( = 3.91) พิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรให้บริการกับด้านอื่น แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (P<.05) ส่วนด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกกับด้านอื่นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (P<.01) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

4. ตำแหน่งแตกต่างกันการให้บริการการเงินของผู้รับบริการด้านการเงินของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จำแนกตามตำแหน่งพบว่าโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการให้บริการ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านสถานที่ และด้านอำนวยความสะดวก ไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. ประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันการให้บริการการเงินของผู้รับบริการด้านการเงินของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน พิจารณารายด้านพบว่า การให้บริการด้านเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรให้บริการ อำนวยความสะดวกแตกต่างกันกับด้านสถานที่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of this Research study were to 1) The Given order money service for receive to be service money in nonformal Education and informal Education Constribution office, Bangkok Metropolistan Administration 2) A comparison of the Given order money service for receive to be service money of Nonformal Education and informal Education in metropolitan consideration of the Gender Education Level Position and work Experiences.

The Sample of this Rescarch Consisted of the 88 personnel in Nonformal Education by Krejeie and Mogan instrument used for data collection was a 5 rating scale questionnaires with alpha coefficient reliability of the 0.81. The Statistical us of data analyses were to Percentage, mean, standard deviation,  t-test and One Way ANOVA.

The Research Result of the fiending were as follows:

1. The Given order money service for service to be service money of Nonformal Education and imformal Education in Bangkok Metropolistan Administration as a whole at a high Level Considenation as aspect in a high Level.

2. Analyses comparison the Given order money service for receive to be service money in Nonforml Education and informal Education consideration of the gender the consideration as a whole at high Level ( = 3.95) ( = 3.85) consideration as aspect Personal Male and Female analyses management of Facilitator the significant statistical different at .05 Level consideration of the Faeility Male and Female significant statistical different at .01 accordance of Hypothesis.

3. Analyses comparison the Given order money service for service to be service money in nonformal Education and infornal Education consideration of the as a whole at high Level ( = 3.88) ( = 3.91) The Consideration as aspect for Personal sesvice order money with other the significant statistical different at .05 Level as aspect for Facilitator significant statistical different at .01 Level accordance of Hypothesis.

4. The Position difference for Given order money service in nonformal Education and informal education consideration of the position as a whole at not difference the consideration as aspect for given service personnel at Location and Facilitator not difference.

5. work Experience different of given order money service for service to be service money in Nonformal education and informal education the consideration of work experience as a whole not difference. The consideration as a aspect given service Personal service Facilitator Significant statistical difference at .05 Level.
