บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เสื้อเย็บมือ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนหนองแวงวิทยาคม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 3) ศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนรู้ และ 4) ศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียน

กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนหนองแวงวิทยาคม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เสื้อเย็บมือ แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียน การวิจัยดำเนินการ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) นำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ และ 4) การประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบทีแบบสองกลุ่มไม่อิสระกัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม เสื้อเย็บมือ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.43) และมีประสิทธิภาพ 83.33/80.72 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนตามหลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับร้อยละ 80.17 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ร้อยละ 70

4. เจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนตามหลักสูตรในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.81)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to : 1) develop and investigate the efficiency of additional subject curriculum on Career and Technology Learning Substance Group Entitled “Hand-made Shirts” for Mathayom Suksa 4 at Nong Waeng Witthayakhom School Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 22 to meet the standard efficiency of 80/80, 2) compare the students’ learning achievement before and after the intervention, 3) investigate the students’ performance skills after the intervention, and 4) examine the students’ attitudes towards learning.

The samples obtained through Purposive Sampling were 40 of Matthayom Suksa 4 students at Nong Waeng Witthayakhom School in the first semester of the academic year 2014. The research instruments were a school additional subject curriculum entitled "Hand-made Shirts", an achievement test, performance skills test, and a set of attitude test. The research was developed through four stages as follows : 1) investigation of fundamental data, 2) curriculum development, 3) implementation of the developed school curriculum, and 4) curriculum evaluation and improvement. The statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent samples t-test.

The findings were as follows:

1. The additional subjects Curriculum on Career and Technology Learning Substance Group Entitled “Hand-made Shirts” was suitable at a high level at mean scores of 4.43. The efficiency of the school curriculum was 83.33/80.72, which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. The posttest mean of students’ learning achievement after the intervention was higher than the their pretest mean at the .01 level of significance.

3. The students’ performance skills mean was 80.17 percent which was higher than the criteria of 70 percent set.

4. The students’ attitudes mean towards learning through the developed Curriculum, as a whole was 4.81 which was at the highest level.
