บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครู และลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานกับลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 322 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานกับลักษณะความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธของเพียรสัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.384)  โดยสมรรถนะหลักภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.59, S.D. = 0.448) และสมรรถนะประจำสายงานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.53, S.D. = 0.490) และระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.70, S.D. = 0.374) เมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีระดับความคิดเห็นสูงสุด คือ คุณธรรมที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ( = 4.77, S.D. = 0.378) รองลงมาเป็นอุดมการณ์ของครูและคุณลักษะของครูที่ดี ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน ( = 4.71, S.D. = 0.396, 0.412) และปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ( = 4.58, S.D. = .487) ตามลำดับ 2. สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับลักษณะความเป็นครูมือ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = 0.792)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of opinions regarding performance competency and professional teacher characteristics of government teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram, and 2) to study the relationship between performance competency and professional teacher characteristics of goverment under the Secondary Educational Area Office Buriram. The sample was 322 teachers taught at schools under the Secondary Education Area Buriram Office Buriram, selected by using simple random sampling. Research instrument was a questionnaire on performance competency and professional teacher characteristics. Statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The level of overall teachers’ performance competency was at the highest level ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.384), with the overall core competency at the highest level ( = 4.59, S.D. = 0.448), and the overall functional competency at the highest level ( = 4.53, S.D. = 0.490). The level of overall teachers’ professional teacher characteristics was at the highest level ( = 4.70, S.D. = 0.374), with the highest level being morality used in work performance ( = 4.77, S.D. = 0.378), followed by teacher ideology and characteristics of good teachers which had the same average ( = 4.71, S.D. = 0.396, 0.412), and philosophy of sufficiency economy ( = 4.58, S.D. = 0.487) respectively. 2. Teachers' performance competency had a positive relationship with their professional teacher characteristics at the .01 level of significance (r = 0.792).
