บทคัดย่อ

ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงตามหลักฆราวาสธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค 4.0 เป็นการบริหารที่ต้องอาศัยบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค 4.0 (ชีวิตวิถีใหม่) ที่ต้องมีบทบาทแสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำในสถานศึกษา รู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง เป็นนักคิด นักพัฒนา มีวิสัยทัศน์ในการบริหารงานที่พร้อมรับกับเปลี่ยนแปลง การอาศัยหลักพุทธธรรมมาช่วยส่งสริมการสร้างคุณสมบัติภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริง ด้วยการปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างในการสร้างศรัทธาผู้ทำงานร่วมกันให้ขับเคลื่อนงานในสถานศึกษาไปสู่ความสำเร็จ และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงานทั้งด้านสังคมและสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่ดี ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงตามหลักฆราวาสธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค 4.0 (ชีวิตวิถีใหม่) ประกอบด้วย 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) สัจจะ (ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต) เป็นรากฐานให้เกิดความมั่นคงยั่งยืน 2) ทมะ (ความข่มใจ การฝึกฝนปรับปรุงตน) เป็นเครื่องหมายนำไปสู่ความเจริญก้าวหน้าในชีวิตและการงาน 3) ขันติ (ความอดทน) เป็นเครื่องช่วยให้ความเจริญก้าวหน้านั้นเป็นไปได้สำเร็จ เพราะมีความเข้มแข็งมีพลังที่จะช่วยเสริม และ 4) จาคะ (ความเสียสละ มีน้ำใจ) เป็นการเสียสละประโยชน์ส่วนตนเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของผู้อื่นและพร้อมที่จะร่วมมือและช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น เป็นเครื่องช่วยสร้างความผูกพันและความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในการทำงาน ส่งผลให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุค 4.0 สามารถบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาได้อย่างมีคุณภาพในทุก ๆ ด้าน

Abstract

Authentic leadership in accordance with the Gharavasa-Dhamma Principles for school administrators in the 4.0 era (New Normal) entails taking on the school leadership roles that encompasses being aware of changes, being a thinker, being a developer, and having a vision in task management for being well-prepared for changes. Adopting the Buddhadharma principles to cultivate authentic leadership qualities supports the development of a true leader by serving as a role model in fostering team members’ faith, enabling them to work collaboratively and successfully in schools, and enhancing a social and physical environment that is conducive to working. The authentic leadership based on the Gharavasa-dhamma Principles for school administrators in the 4.0 era (New Normal) encompasses four aspects: 1) Sacca, or Truthfulness: This serves as the cornerstones of sustainable stability, emphasizing honesty with oneself and others, 2)  Tama or Self-restraint and Self-training: This trait signifies a path toward personal life and professional growth, 3) Khanti, or Tolerance: The trait is considered as a form of strength that empowers leaders to endure hardships on their path to success, and 4) Cakka (Sacrifice and Willingness to Assis Others): Embracing self-sacrifice and a readiness to collaborate and assist others serves as a means for creating a positive workplace environment, influencing school administrators in the 4.0 to effectively manage educational institutions with quality in all aspects.
